he dining area of a restaurant

The restaurant was nice and clean. There were not a lot of people and it was pretty quiet which was nice. The Spaghetti and MEATBALL was pretty basic, Chicken Tenders and Fries was pretty basic. My husband said the Calzone was pretty good aside from the Marinara that was really watery and no good and my Fettuccini was really good aside from the fact that the chicken was not cooked all the way. I took the chicken off and ate the rest which was on my opinion a little risky. Not feeling that great today. They did take HALF off of my Fetta. Lol. Anyways, not Truly impressed and probably would waste the time and money to go back. Glad we tried though.

All meat Calzone with spicy marinara and jalapeños! Pic does zero justice to this masterpiece!

Had to come back as I will only be in the area another week or so. Had the all meat calzone with spicy marinara and added jalapeños. Absolutely next level delicious!! It's big enough for two average eaters, me however, I smashed the entire thing. Everything here is authentic, house made, and exceeds any local establishment I've ever eaten. A hidden gem that I believe is misnamed! I think they need to replace the word pizza with Italian eatery. Simply because it FAR EXCEEDS any Pizza establishments.

I'm telling you! You have to try Verona Pizza + Pasta House. Going there at least twice a week because they have a huge selection and it's seriously the very best quality of food I've ever eaten. They have so much more than just pasta and pizza. I attached one of their to go menus. They had a location for years in Lexington that thrived (google it! 5 star reviews!) I love getting the family meal deals and carrying it out and taking it home and feeling good about feeding it to my family on nights I don't want to cook. Everything I've had from their cheese sticks, to jalapeño poppers, to their meatball subs and salads and oh my goodness the lasagna! It's all been to die for. Let's support this place. Super nice owners who know what they are doing.

Great food, the meat calzone was excellent, they were generous with the cheese and meat fillings.

Pizza was not done and very greasy and marinara was very running in the spaghetti. The restaurant was clean and our service was excellent.

Great Pizza. It reminds me of a pizzeria my friend and I treated ourselves to in Minnesota.

Salads ( Caesar and Gorgonzola) were forgettable- neither of us finished. Enjoyable space. It was busy and lively without being overwhelming loud. Negative is parking. Not sure when they have extensive parking lots they make you choose between parking on side of narrow street or paying $10 for valet parking. Even on a busy night one parking lot was empty but blocked off with sign saying valet only.

Sometimes it's just a one-night stop, sometimes a few days, but we always take her out for a proper dinner. This trip, arriving from Chicago and following my chiropractor's enthusiastic recommendation, we chose Giuseppe's, and it turned out to be a very lovely evening. The space is warm and inviting, with plenty of wood, cozy lighting, and an impressive display of bourbons and wines that immediately sets a welcoming tone. We started with gnocchi and mozzarella alla milanese. The gnocchi were nicely al dente and the paired sauces complemented each other well. My husband and I shared the daily special, halibut with a light creamy caper sauce. The fish leaned slightly overcooked, but the flavors were still very enjoyable, and the Brussels sprouts were perfectly done. Our friend ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and after one bite I understood her happiness... rich, creamy, and comforting. Dessert became a celebration: a Spumoni Bomba (three gelatos wrapped in a chocolate shell) and a warm maple cake with ice cream that was honestly sinful in the best way. Our server, Tim, didn't make the strongest first impression but warmed up quickly becoming attentive and pleasant. Cocktails could use a little more polish, my Old Fashioned was a bit harsh, and I was surprised a Boulevardier wasn't available despite a Negroni being on the menu and bourbon well represented. Overall, a very good experience and a wonderful dinner with friends, not bad at all for just a brief stop in town.

Instead of making customers feel appreciated, they made me feel like I needed to rush through my order and get out of the way. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, not one where you feel like you're inconveniencing the employees. I ordered the chicken piccata after asking the employee for a recommendation. It's a classic Italian dish that's typically served with a light lemon-butter sauce, tender chicken, and thin pasta. What I received was nothing like that. The pasta was made with oversized noodles that completely overwhelmed the dish. Even worse, there were so many thick strips of onion that they looked like more pasta. After digging through the mountain of onions just to find the chicken, I finally took a few bites, and the flavor was incredibly disappointing. The sauce lacked the bright, fresh taste you'd expect from a chicken piccata, and the entire meal was heavy, unbalanced, and simply unpleasant. I couldn't even finish it. After only a few bites, I threw the meal away and walked out. It's extremely rare for me to abandon a meal, but this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and pass on this restaurant. Between the unfriendly service, the rushed atmosphere, and the disappointing food, there's simply no reason to spend your money here when there are so many excellent Italian restaurants to choose from. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend it to anyone.

You order and pay at the counter and there is a self serve drink station with cups, ice, drinks, plates, silverware etc. The fellow taking orders was also delivering the food to your table and bussing tables. We didn't feel rushed, sat and talked, had cake and opened gifts for 2.5 hours. They have a buffet, all you can eat, pizza, pasta, bread, salad and some kind of sweet dough as dessert. We opted to order a 14 inch BBQ chicken. It was served hot in about 15 minutes. It was good crust with tasty BBQ and toppings. I would request less onions next time but it was still very good. And we drank water and had pizza to bring home. In a strip mall so plenty of parking with a friendly neighborhood atmosphere.

The buffet included a salad bar, soup, various pizzas, breadsticks, pasta with available marinara or Alfredo sauce, cinnamon-sugar dough balls, and a drink. The items on the salad bar appeared fresh and were kept well-stocked. There was a variety of pizzas that were also frequently replenished. We didn't opt for the buffet, instead we ordered a medium 'Fat Jimmy' pizza. We were happy that substituting green olives for black olives and omitting the mushrooms was an option (pizzas were not pre-made!) and came with no additional cost like we have experienced at other places. The pizza was a chef's kiss! It was LOADED with toppings and the crust was amazing. The ingredients tasted fresh and had just the right amount of crunch. It was so filling that there was plenty to take home for dinner. The restaurant is clean, bright, and has plenty of seating. An employee continually came around to clear tables of plates so that they are not taken back for use at the buffet and to prevent the table from being overwrought with empty plates. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall and parking is plentiful. I am sure we will continue to support this locally-owned business!
