When I contacted customer service, they insisted that ivory falls within the "white range" instead of acknowledging that the product did not match the description. To make matters worse, they refused to accept a return or issue a refund, and they wouldn't even arrange to pick up the sofa. The only options they offered were store credit or an exchange. Unfortunately, they don't carry the white leather sofa I originally wanted, so neither option solves the problem. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If you're ordering furniture based on the color shown online, be aware that what you receive may not match the description, and the company may not stand behind its products or provide a fair resolution. I would not recommend this store based on their misleading product description and poor customer service.

I have replaced arm pads, casters and lumbar support as they wore out, but I finally ran into a challenge that caused me to look for a new chair. The center cylinder failed and the mechanism had collapsed due to years of overuse. I found BHC online and decided to buy a chair from them. They seemed like specialists and had great prices and selection. My partner emailed Lerry and he said they could repair my chair while we wait and he had a number of chairs for sale that were 1/2 retail and in great shape. I brought my chair to them and their bright, polite technician told me: No problem I can fix this in 15 minutes. They had the parts right there and Oscar, the master technician, had the chair back to me in 10 minutes!!! Aeron chairs are great chairs and it's nice to know that BHC is there to help me when I need them. I recommend their services 200%.

The sales person was able to set the appointment immediately. When I got there, the warehouse guys were really nice and informative about the chairs. I was able to make the payment on the phone and the sales person sent me the receipt through email. Testing out the chair at home, I really wouldn't have guessed it was used. I purchased a Caracole sofa for approximately $5,000. Because the piece was not available for me to see in person before purchasing, I ultimately found that it was not the right fit for my home once it was delivered. The sofa remains in excellent, like-new condition. When I contacted Grayson Luxury about a return, I understood that I was approximately 1-2 weeks beyond their 30-day return policy. However, given the circumstances, I hoped there might be some flexibility. I was not asking for a refund. I offered to accept store credit and explained that I would gladly use that credit to purchase another piece from Grayson. Despite these efforts, my request was denied after review by the management team. I fully understand that businesses have policies. What disappointed me was the unwillingness to consider a reasonable accommodation for a customer who wanted to continue doing business with the store. Had Grayson offered store credit, I would have happily remained a customer and purchased another piece from their showroom. Ironically, I have received more flexibility and customer-focused service from online luxury furniture retailers than I experienced in this situation with a local showroom. I remain hopeful that Grayson Luxury will reconsider and work toward a solution that reflects the level of service and long-term customer relationships that many people expect from a luxury retailer. The packaging was in rough shape and the box had been re-taped, but the women working there seemed sincere so I had the package loaded into my car. About 20 days later it was moving day, so I opened box to build the piece to find that all of the non-wood parts were missing. There were no screws, hinges or any other parts to connect the lightly damaged planks of wood. This seemed like an honest mistake until I reached out to A to Z where I was accused of stealing the parts from myself in order to get my money back? A full or even partial refund was out of consideration. In light of this conversation I perhaps should have looked at the deal with more scrutiny, but that is what I get for trusting A to Z. It was not a tremendous amount of money ($130), but the lack of integrity and honesty is what I found to be most troubling. I would avoid using them, or at the very least do your due diligence on making a purchase there.
