A very important UPS package from Cartier was accidentally delivered to their address. I was extremely worried when I realized what had happened, but Ali and Reza immediately stepped in to help. They took the time to look into the situation, helped locate the package, and made sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. I chose Grayson Luxury because I wanted to support a local luxury furniture retailer and expected a higher level of service than I might receive from a large online retailer. I purchased a Caracole sofa for approximately $5,000. Because the piece was not available for me to see in person before purchasing, I ultimately found that it was not the right fit for my home once it was delivered. The sofa remains in excellent, like-new condition. When I contacted Grayson Luxury about a return, I understood that I was approximately 1-2 weeks beyond their 30-day return policy. However, given the circumstances, I hoped there might be some flexibility. I was not asking for a refund. I offered to accept store credit and explained that I would gladly use that credit to purchase another piece from Grayson. Despite these efforts, my request was denied after review by the management team. I fully understand that businesses have policies. What disappointed me was the unwillingness to consider a reasonable accommodation for a customer who wanted to continue doing business with the store. Had Grayson offered store credit, I would have happily remained a customer and purchased another piece from their showroom. Ironically, I have received more flexibility and customer-focused service from online luxury furniture retailers than I experienced in this situation with a local showroom. I remain hopeful that Grayson Luxury will reconsider and work toward a solution that reflects the level of service and long-term customer relationships that many people expect from a luxury retailer. I have been waiting for over two years for the bed frame to arrive and not be damaged. They finally told me it would not come and when I asked for another bed frame from them ant their cost since they made money on the first one that was damaged, they said now I need to sue them and the owner. Their pricing was very competitive plus they have a "make an offer" feature that worked for us when there wasn't a sale going on. Really impressed with this site. This is the first retailer who is allowing you to make an offer to try to win business on a competitive item. The first one they matched my exact request and the 2nd one they came within $200 on a $4000 offer. They follow up, have tracking info and the lead time for this piece of nice furniture was 4 weeks shorter than another brand name retailer. We purchased 4 items. 3 arrived, but the fourth item keeps getting delayed: after the initial purchase, the manufacturer requested we pay for those new tarrifs, so then they got started late manufacturing our platform bed. Great shopping experience with Grayson Luxury. I was able to find the item that I needed without any problems. The site had a good selection of dining room tables (my purchase). The pricing was competitive. I looked at other companies with the exact item and luckily Grayson was one of the best prices and they offered free shipping. Grayson Living states whether the item was in stock, and since it was Dining Room furniture, and the holidays are around the corner, delivery by the holidays was of paramount importance. Paid a fortune for CHEAP JUNK from China. I asked where the expensive Caracole dining chairs were made prior to purchasing and they said that they were not able to find that info but "sure they are made in the USA". When I was told my order would be another month after they promised to ship I tried to cancel. Then they told me I could NOT CANCEL and order that was "EXPECTED" to ship within 30 days even though they could not give me an actual ship date. The boxes were left on my doorstep without ANY PRIOR NOTICE OF SHIP DATE, while I was at work. I was shocked to find out that I had to put them together myself!. Seriously?!. At THIS PRICE? While unpacking I saw many stickers announcing MADE IN CHINA. Opening the boxes i began to notice many scratches all over the finish of the chairs. I purchased SIX! , ALL had damage. They have not gotten back to me regarding a return in 4 days so far. One chair , so far, has a leg (scratched) that wont even touch the floor! Just moved to Los Angeles and needed a sofa/couch, but honestly did not know what I wanted. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a fellow named Darren. He then took his time and patiently showed me to multiple items that were simply stunning. Could not decide what to choose from the abundance of excellent selections. After discussing with Darren, I decided to choose the Bernhardt Serenity Sofa. Went home with it and it literally is the most notable piece of furniture in the apartment! POOR BUSINESS ETHICS - THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ITEM AND REFUSE TO ISSUE REFUND EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO RETURN ITEM It is unfortunate that I have to write a bad review as I am not one to typically write bade reviews. I love giving praise. I ordered a nice desk chair from Grayson Living. After several weeks of waiting with very little update info from Grayson, I received a table. this came as a surprise since I ordered a chair. I immediately contacted the shipper and they stated thats all they had for me. I contacted Grayson living and they said it was my responsibility to resolve with the shipper and its not their issue. I immediately asked for a refund and they refused stating that I was responsible for paying for the table that i was incorrectly provided. For 2 months now we have tried to work with Grayson Living and the shipper to get the item picked up. Every time I reach out to Grayson Living they claim that we refused the shipping company when they tried to pick up the item, however the shipper has not attempted to pick up the item. When we call the shipper we told they will look into the matter and then never call back. I am beyond disappointed at this companies business ethics and poor morality. read more

Worst customer service, I have purchased several items online from this store. They apparently have items in stock but when you purchased them they send you a message a week later that your item will arrive in months. We waited several months (And still waiting for some other items to arrive) we had issues with the first items that arrived but everything was great, the rugs were beautiful. But then I just got a tv console and it's damaged. The packaging was perfectly fine so I guess they packaged it that way. BE AWARE I've read several comments complaining about getting a damaged item with a perfectly well packaging, so probably they packaged damage items, I'm guessing they sell used items or maybe they're an outlet but sell full price items. read more

Don't let the Beverly Hills address fool you. I have worked in customer service for well over 25 years and am appalled at how I have been treated here. I ordered a desk from Grayson Living for my home office and it arrived damaged. Thankfully I checked it upon arival. I rejected the delivery and have been working with the returns department for over 1 month now. Samantha has been very difficult to work with and does not return phone calls. I am looking for a simple return and refund. Although there were zero disclaimers during the ordering process, I am being told there will be a 20% restocking fee charged to me. On my order this is $400. My experience with Grayson Living has been 1000% poor and I do not recommend them to anyone looking for quality new furniture. read more

Dishonest- Disorganized- We're Disgusted! Awful experience with Grayson! * Ordered a piece on 12/20/2019 * Got email 1/9/2020 stating order will ship on 1/23/2020 * Had to follow-up with them (instead of other way around) on 2/5/2020 for delivery status; was told piece was behind one week * Fabricated shipment email with false tracking number received on 2/20/2020 * Also called Grayson again on 2/20/2020 after shipment co confirmed they never received the piece from Grayson; Grayson assured us piece was complete and picked up by shipment co and that we would get a new tracking number within 24 hrs * On 2/22/2020, we replied to email from Grayson confirming that shipment co never received piece and that we wanted a full refund * No response to email, so we called Grayson on 2/24/2020; Grayson said there was an "error" with tracking number (really?) and that they don't know how to fix it. Said chair was picked up for shipment, though and it would be delivered in a week and a half * Still no delivery as of 3/2/2020 Not only has Grayson Living failed to deliver on their end of this expensive transaction, they have been blatant in their deceit and misdirection to cover their abysmal customer service. If there were a way to give them zero stars, I would have done that in a heartbeat. I ordered something from their website and I was given a delivery date, etc. so everything seemed fine. After receiving a confirmation with tracking, I waited for over a month without a delivery. When I called in, they said the item is half way to you so it will be delivered in a week. I asked the guy if he was "sure" and he said yes. A week goes by, nothing, and they have the gut to then tell me that the item was missing so they have to order another. I used the tracking they gave me and the shipping company said that item was cancelled for shipping about a month back. So they lied about it being half way to my destination, etc. My advice, stay away and shop somewhere else. Update: Darren, the manager of the store got in contact with me promptly to let me now that there was a delay in the shipping process, etc. I waited for another 2 weeks plus before I got the stand. Luckily enough, nothing was broken and Darren also gave me a discount. In all, I think the tv stand was worth it.... But, communication is needed and Darren did a great job communicating with me. read more
