I love this store, I wish there was a location closer to me because I would be there all the time. Maybe that's a good thing for my wallet though!! They do always have GREAT sales, on shoes and jewelry and clothing! The cutest sunglasses, so many jewelry options! Also when you're looking thru the sales rack it doesn't feel like you're combing through a crazy mess of leftovers! They also color coordinate the items so that's an even better plus. I've been to this store countless times to buy jewelry for people. It's a great place to find gifts. They've got a lot of stuff so it definitely keeps you in the store for a bit longer. I love how everything is organized by color. I'm never partial but it definitely makes things easier. My mom loves it here too. I think she's purchased clothes here. You can find some sale items too. I like to add some bling to an outfit without going broke. Unfortunately, even those "affordable" accessories the style magazines tout can add up at $60 a pop. After having worked in retail merchandising, I know what the markup is, and as a consumer, I hate when my "affordable" baubles prove to be poor quality and better described as a synonym for affordable -- cheap. Enter Versona. I ventured in recently with a friend who was looking to browse for something particular that she hadn't been able to find anywhere else. I was immediately struck by how clean and welcoming the store felt -- it was organized but still warm, despite the light-colored walls and marble effect floors. And hello accessories! There were tables with every color imaginable of different accessories -- all well-organized and easy to find. The prices also made me giddy, with most of the ones I was considering costing only $20 or less. I walked out of the store with a festive ring that I will be wearing to a few places in the near future. Versona is one of my go-to shops in the Summit shopping center. All of their jewelry is relatively inexpensive but good quality plus it's all nickel free which is a requirement for my skin. There are always good sales on clothes and accessories in the back of the store and everything I have purchased from here gets tons of compliments. Every color and type of jewelry, scarves, purses, dresses can be found here. I often come here for birthday and holiday gifts for friends and family. read more

Versona Accessories has got you covered. This place is an accessory lover's heaven, and also a mecca for those with OCD considering so much is organized by color. It's especially useful when you've searched high and low for something specific but have so far come up short. I'm definitely heading here in April with Derby hat and dress in hand. And their prices are CHEAP CHEAP. Yet, I've found that most of the products look more expensive than their price tags. I love this store so much that I have to force myself to stay away. I want to buy everything! They have the cutest unique jewelry and the BEST clothes. Their customer service is fantastic, and I've never had an issue with returns. My favorite section is the YELLOW section (yes, they're sorted by color!). I bought several things in this store and brought a couple back to return or exchange later after deciding that they weren't going to work for me. Never worn, tags still on them & was informed that now they are worth less (same condition I bought them in) just because of a store policy they have that if not returned within a short timeframe they can deem them as less valuable. Mind you I was only a few days past this time frame. Super irritating! Then when I was talking to one of the head ladies in the store she had an arrogant/bad attitude towards me about the issue. I am disappointed in them because I really like some of their clothes but I don't like the bad unapologetic customer service. read more

This store reminds me a lot of Charming Charlie, you will find nice accessories here with really affordable price. But what I really like about this store is actually their clothing selections. They are unique and heck the price is mostly under $25!!! Unlike some discount stores where sometimes you hit and miss, here you are more likely to find your size. They also carry Plus size as well. So yeah...while I am not buying many of their accessories (just because I make my own and I do not like plastic material), every time I go there I always find cute outfit! read more

I really like this place for costume jewelry. I found some square rose gold earrings that I absolutely love and I'd be bummed if I lost them but not as bummed if they were real diamonds. And I lose things. A lot. So this is great for me. I recently went in and found a few cute rose gold rings. They also have some cute shoes at times and they have headbands purses, etc. I really enjoy shopping here and the staff is always friendly. read more

Versona Accessories is an amazing experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, couldn't be kinder. Wonderful selection of jewelry, clothing, shoes and all accessories that make us women feel like women! You will find yourself wandering with lit up eyes as each selection is more wonderful than the next. Could spend hours in there and wanting to come back soon, not to mention that it is located at The Summit in Louisville. I love this store, i shop there at least twice a month. Today not so much, i went to buy 6 gifts for admin day n mothers day. I love their jewelry n tried to find necklaces with braclets and or earrings to go with . I found one and asked the greeter in front for help, she said you'll just have to look on the tables, so went to check oyt area where jewelry is displayed, ask a young lady for help, she was busy trying on earrings on display. She said up front somewhere on right. I left n was furious. Not sure i will go back. I bought $300 in gift cards there xmas. NOT happy, horrible customer service today! read more

I love this place for accessories. Reasonably priced, every color, pattern, whatever that you can imagine. They have some hit and miss clothing as well. But that is ok because they get in new inventory pretty much daily. I will say that their prices for clothing is higher than I would like to pay, sometimes to the point that I think what they are asking for an item is rediculous. $39 for a gauzy shirt that you have to put a tank under - ummmm.... no. But then you will find a great skirt for $19.99. It is almost like going to Goodwill with their crazy - non-understandable pricing (but obviously the clothing is new). The nice thing about this store is that the staff will totally leave you alone. This can be good and it can be bad. Good in that you can spend hours in there without anyone bothering you. Bad in that when you are trying things on and need a different size - too bad. Put ALL your clothes back on, tromp out and try to figure out where exactly you picked up that cute shirt/dress/pair of pants, then rifle trhough trying to find your size only to be foiled in that they only have the Size 2 petite left for your size 10 frame to wish you could fit into. (Oops sorry - my tangent bad!) Anyway - it is a fun store and every woman (or cross-dresser!) should hit this store at least once to look around. read more

I am extrememly happy to have a Versona Accessories in Louisville! I had no idea it was here since I rarely travel out to the Summit area. I have been a Charming Charlie's fan for a couple years and have always wanted one here. If you are unfamiliar with the organization of Versona - its fantastic! It's an accessories boutique with costume jewewlry, handbags, scarfs, sunglasses, shoes, clothes, and other random items. The prices are fantastic and EVERYTHING IS COLOR CODED! For an OCD type person like me its PERFECT! The jewelry is not anything fancy - its worth is price - but you can always find something fun and colorful. In my last visit I bought my first clothing item and can't wait to see how it holds up. Horrible return policy!! Bought items for Christmas in November and couldnt return them in January for what I bought them for. RETURN POLICY IS HORRIBLE! Family got sick with the flu on returning from New Years Travels and when I went to return was told I was to late even with recipt. What I paid 30.00 for they gave me 7.00!! I will never shop here again what kind of place doesnt make exceptions for holiday gifts too?! read more
