I can see why N'Tara is the store manager. Great service, super helpful, and very welcoming. I was in search for a pair of shoes and called in advance for a specific size. Came in to try them on and purchase but needed a size bigger which a lot of the stores were all sold out. I thought I would leave purchasing the sandals but N'Tara too the rescue. She asked if she wanted me to check the other stores and she quickly found me a store that had one. Due to the quick and easy transaction and great service I received from them both I ended up walking out with two additional shirts that I've been eyeing. The only thing I wish is they would close later than 7 pm on weeknights. Definitely shop this Dress Up location. Everything is pretty reasonably priced and they have all the latest styles on deck. They got regular weekly shipments of new clothes. This boutique has everything from accessories such as hats and jewelry to tops, dresses, and pants as well as seasonal shoes/sandals. Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business. I spotted a dress on the website that I needed rather quickly and decided to come into the store. I was immediately greeted by a sales associate and she knew the exact location of the dress I described. She set me up in a fitting room and came in to check on me. She also made great sizing recommendations and when I realized I was between sizes she even suggested how I could get it in the larger size and shrink it slightly in the dryer based on the material. On a Saturday morning, I didn't have any trouble finding parking in the plaza.

From the time I placed my order online to the time I was alerted that my order was ready to pick up was faster than any other place I've done curbside pickup from. Seriously. It was that fast. Very impressed. You just pull up to one of the two designated spots in front of the store and call the store number and they bring out your item. They do check for ID so have that ready. Hopefully they always answer the phone as promptly as they did during my curbside visit even when they may be busier in the future. My only two gripes are: 1) I wish they had more options in sizes for curbside pickup 2) I wish they offered up curbside pickup at all the stores. I would probably be shopping more at Old Navy if they did.

I came to DSW just looking to see what they had in the way of flip flops. I know ... winter is the wrong time of year to be looking for them. But I found a pair that I liked for under $40. This was a decent price, but I can wait until they go on sale, especially since it's currently very cold outside and the weather isn't so good. DSW carries a lot of name brand nice quality shoes for everyone. However, the majority of the shoe selections are for women. Most of the shoes stocked in the store look like they are priced reasonably, about the same or less than the prices found in most department/retail stores. Shoes on display have nearby inventory; customers can find the size they need and try them on. At the rear of the sales floor is the clearance section where discontinued shoes or shoes with low/no inventory are grouped by gender and sizes. Different colored labels on the shoe boxes let customers know how much additional discount they can get. In addition to shoes, I saw lots of socks and some purses/bags. The issues that I saw was that employees were mostly in the front of the store at the registers, and the lack of price labels on shoe boxes. I didn't see any employees walking around asking customers if they needed any assistance. Also, I don't recall any price labels on boxes of the regular priced shoes. I had to look at the price sign next to the display shoe to find out the actual price. Other than those issues everything else was good.
