We went home and got our bill showing account number And took it back to the store. They still could not locate the account even with the number. The manager refused to come and talk with us and to provide any help. We went to our car, called the phone number on the credit card statement and they are mailing us a check for the credit. It is a shameful that the manager refused to even speak with us today.

She asked if she wanted me to check the other stores and she quickly found me a store that had one.
