I had a problem with my water pump, They insisted they would only get parts from Porsche and installed it. After that I found out I had a serious leak when it got pressurized so I brought it back to them and they fixed it gave me the parts back that they replaced and was a fair price since the parts are over 600 dollars. THer was one issue where a simple clamp that holds a hose broke and it started leaking. I towed it back to them. It did take them a few days because paorche parts have to be ordered. After they found the problem they replaced it and fixed it with no cost. I tested it today and it is presurized and perfect. THe thing is they could have easily tried to charge me for a different issue but instead Jon showed me exatly what happed they warrintied thier work and life time for the part cause they got the from Porsche themselves. Yes did it cost me 2k sure If I would have taken it into Porche it would have benn twice or three times that amount Earnie and Jon are Honest hard workind people and they will fix an issue and not charge you. It did take time but that was not thier fault becasue they use factory parts. It is VERY RARE to find honest straight forward people ike this and I give them a five star because they were honest fixed the issue and did not charge me. If you have a Europen car Please call them first AutoHouse wanted two times as much. I tell you as a honest Christian man that these guy Warrenty the Parts thier work and will never charge you for something that is covered in thier warrenty. I am exreamly happy with them. And I HIghly recommend them for anyone that has a Porsche, Jaguar, BMW or any other Eruopean car. Ther are with good morals and values and I am very happy with them or I would not be writing a review. My car is fixed I saved like 4k and they were straight forward about why it takes time and updated me every step of the way. If anything if your guy read read this I want to say THank you. My initial encounter at Alan's was positive - the fellow at the counter was extremely friendly and gave me a rough estimate for a new cat and he recommended replacing the timing belt as well, since my vehicle was nearing 90k miles. Since this advice checked out on Google, I called back to make an appointment for the two jobs (these are not cheap repairs). Was given a date 2 weeks out due to their busy schedule and was told the repair work would take 2 days to complete. Fast forward 2 weeks - handed over my keys and car on a Wednesday evening so that I could have it ready by the weekend. Radio silence from Alan's on Thursday. Around noon on Friday I called to check progress and was told to call back at 1:30pm for an update. Called back then and was told that they still needed to ASSESS my vehicle. I explained that I was told it would be READY by Friday evening and they seemed surprised - couldn't I just leave it with them, (presumably indefinitely) until they got around to it? I explained that no, I needed my vehicle back, but would appreciate an assessment and would think about bringing it in again at a later date for the actual repair. Fellow on the phone said, yes of course, he would call me back shortly with an update on their assessment. Hearing nothing, I called him back at 4pm - he rushed me off the phone, saying he had two people in the office he needed to attend to and would call me right back. By 5pm I was at Alan's with my wife to retrieve our vehicle. Our car was sitting in the lot with its windows down, in the rain. The owner saw us walking past the open garage door heading to the office and did not return my greeting. We entered the office and were ignored. We spotted our keys on the wall and took them. Wife hopped in our car and began to pull out of the driveway, and only then did the owner emerge from the garage, suddenly very chatty. Seeing that we were about to leave, he shared the results of the assessment. I listened politely, made mental notes, and left forever.
