On the delivery ended I hired 352 Movers. I could not have had a better team of movers. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly with my HEAVY items, made time on their schedule to return a few days later when a delayed POD was anticipated to arrive. They were patient and efficient in unloading items... highly recommend them in your move!

It took 2 men 10 minutes to do this. They charged me $325 and I told them to call their boss because that was a ridiculous price for 10 minutes of work. They both agreed. I brought this to owner's attention and he tells me if I'd chosen their "premier" service he could do something, then it was I didn't have enough blankets (big lie--there were leftovers) then the song & dance about not shrink wrapping it. Well....if you're not going to wrap it in blankets that I provided give ME the option of SW. You effing ruined my $3400 leather sofa.

They also didn't write down the apartment number, which confused the issue more. They started their time, when they weren't at the apartment (almost an hour before they actually showed up). The person who scheduled the move did not write down the cell phone number I gave him, but copied my office landline from the caller ID. The move was scheduled for Saturday. This mistake lead them to be unable to reach me to clear up the confusion. I got an email that they had arrived, even though they were not there. I called to find out where they were, and nobody answered. Finally, I reached someone on the phone, 25 mins later, and was told they would call the drivers to see where they were. I was assured I would not have to pay for the time they were not there. Vanessa, the operator, stated she could not reach them, but would try again. Nearly 50 mins later, they went to right street (the street they were given in the first place) and started the move. Unfortunately, after the move was over, the driver was unable to change the start time, but assured me he would do so when he got back to the office. He admitted they were late, and lost, and I shouldn't have to pay for that time. Vanessa had also told me the same thing when we were trying to figure out where they were. I tipped both drivers $100 each for their time, and thought they'd sort out the time issue. I waited a week. They did not correct the time. I had to pay an additional $125 (which made the total bill come out to $200 more than I was quoted) because the owner is greedy and refused to correct it. My original quote was for $550 to move a one bedroom apartment in Ocala to a house in Gainesville. The total move time took around 2 hours and I was charged $700, plus the $200 I stupidly gave the drivers thinking they'd correct my bill. While the movers were nice, and relatively gentle with our things, the billing was unfair and owner does care enough about his customers to make it right. Because of this, I cannot recommend this company, nor will I use them in the future.

Well you get the idea. We are experienced. In our last move, we packed everything but secured help to load and move. Mighty Man Movers was the company we hired. The initial process was easy and Andre made suggestions, asked questions, and provided a bid we could understand. On site, he and his crew were FAST, considerate, and careful with our belongings. We were pleased. Recently, we needed help moving our daughter from Jacksonville to Ocala. We called Mighty Man Movers again. We experienced the same thoughtful service. When the move turned out to be much more time consuming and tedious than expected or how it was portrayed to him, Andre said we needed to renegotiate but didn't stop doing the job. He trusted that a fair accounting would be forthcoming and kept doing what needed to be done. I would trust Andre and his crew with ANY moving job. He is just that good. In addition, he is expanding his business into home services: fans, lights, roofing repair, etc. We had him and his crew install a vent in the roof to connect to the microwave exhaust fan. (I hate the mess cooking makes when the moisture, grease and fume spread around the inside of the house.) They demonstrated the same business ethic here. I highly recommend them.
