I hired two independent HVAC companies for separate diagnoses. Both found significant dust and corrosion throughout the control boards and documented their findings with photos. I have repeatedly contacted Eco Air by phone and email, but they have not responded or accepted responsibility. I have now had to pay multiple diagnostic fees and face substantial repair costs. They took before and after pictures (the amount of mold in one of my AC units was frankly horrifying) and explained what they did.
