Large selection of clearance items which I like - you can snag a good deal. There shoe and bag selection seemed a little smaller than other stores but they actually had an area for you to sit and try shoes on - which I really like. Will definitely be back. She explained that the company was upgrading everything and that I needed to give my information again. I told her I did not want a NEW credit card, as I already have a Loft CC - and that I do not want her to 'ding' my credit. She assured me none of that was happening. But that is exactly what she did. Now I am unable to access both the old and the new accounts. The CC company nor Loft is able to access either. I have spent 2+ hours on the phone today trying to correct this. So far, I can not access my new (unasked for) account or the old. I am unable to pay the card. All because a sales associate told me something untrue. I will be canceling my card as soon as I pay it. And I doubt I will shop at loft again.

The food court had plenty of options to choose from too. I would say since I was not familiar with this mall it was frustrating to not be able to find the maps at enough locations. Right away I saw a sweater that I loved. Yvonne approached to offer assistance and pointed out more with one in my size. As I continued to look, there was more. By the time we moved to the fitting room, I had quite a collection. Throughout the fitting room party, Yvonne continued to check on me for sizes and suggesting more options (without being pushy). I went to the pre-grand opening at Nordstrom Rack & there was a huge turnout. The store is located…read morein a shopping plaza with other businesses so there is shared parking in front & the side of the business. During the opening many of the parking spaces were filled. When we arrived we had to wait for a few minutes prior to us being able to enter the store since there were so many people inside. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. There were a lot of nice items including shoes, purses, and clothes for sale. Employees also gave out wine, water, cookies, pretzels, and bags with purchase. There was also a DJ. More giveaways & sales will be available for the grand opening on Thursday.
