My 8 yo bunny was having on and off health issues for nearly a month, but her old vet office did not/could not address her teeth. It got to the point where I thought she would pass away over the holiday weekend, and I was calling every exotic vet I could find seeing if anyone could see her last minute the following day before the weekend. This is the only place I found that had the staff and resources to address rabbit teeth without at least a weeks notice (which is often not an option for rabbits). All the staff here are incredible! The front of office staff are SO much nicer than those at our last vet, the vet tech was great with my bunny, and the vet was absolutely amazing, and had her back to her old self within a day (just with two fewer teeth). He let me know whenever they had new information after bringing her back, and kept me in the loop with decision making. I went from thinking she would die, to her eating again without pain within the day. 100% worth the drive over!

Additionally, there is a lack of communication between the veterinarian and the technicians. I took my puppy in for an annual examination, and they informed me that he was "psycho" because he's a one-year-old puppy who is wiggly and can't sit still. They advised me that each time I bring him in, he must take trazodone and gabapentin. I asked how much these medications would cost, and the veterinarian told me she would check the donation box to see if there was anything available. Since I was never informed that there was nothing in the box, I assumed the medications were being donated to me. To my surprise, when I reviewed the receipt at home, I found that I was charged for the gabapentin, and I was never told I would have to pay for it. I contacted the clinic about the mistake regarding the charge for gabapentin. They explained that, legally, they cannot issue a refund for medication, which I understand, but what upset me was their lack of remorse. They did not apologize at any point during the phone call. Once again, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I've been bringing my puppy here since he was three months old, and every time we visit, there's an issue. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

They price gouged me after taking my puppy in to get checked out after an incident. She got an awful infection from the surgery that was apparently necessary, but later found out from another vet, was not. With all of this mess I'm left broke. These people don't care about you or your animals well being. The head vet tech was disgustingly rude as well. If I remember correctly it was Mala? But there was a blonde girl there that tried to resolve the issue with me which I appreciate but the damage was already done. Please don't take your babies to this place, you'll leave broken hearted and a broken bank account.

I did and the tech said you will have a while to wait because she will not be in till 9:30? And with that said I asked well can I just drop her off since she not her and come back? Now the doctor was late. It wasn't my fault she told me to be there and she don't show on time. But she said that's when she always comes in. So she was going to charge me if I just dropped her off and go back in a hour. She proceeded to tell me they gave me free services yesterday like taking her blood pressure. WHAT isn't that included in the exam? Then the Text told me that pets cost money WHAT little girl you have not right telling me that. I've spent 2965.08 since November On Vet bills. How disrespectful she was. And the doctor never knew what she had the ER knew right away And fixed her. Best Care Animal I'm going back to them. The first visit resulted in recommendations for x, y and z shampoos and to bath my pup every 2-3 days. After 10 days with inflammation coming back right away each bath, tried to call for advice. First issue, they never answer their phones, leave a message and wait for a call back on their time, always! When I did finally hear back, I was instructed to just keep doing what I was, no other instruction. After a couple more weeks, I sought a second opinion. That vet reviewed their diagnosis and wanted me to start antibiotics since their plan didn't seem to be working. I ended doing a follow up appointment with the dermatologist that turned defensive quite quickly. On my part because I had little to no confidence and didn't want to debate on what itching "is" and allergies "are", on their part because I wasn't content with the lecture. I hoped to get a consensus, but most importantly help my pups issue. As I told them I had seen another vet, with the contention in the air, they happily said well your all set then and were happy to let me leave without further conversation. I do not feel my pups best interest were involved during the entire 5 week process and it was all a waste of time and money. Others seem to have had success with this group, and good luck to all the owners and their pets who hopefully have success. I personally have never seen such a disconcerting behavior about pets from a vet, I will never make another appointment
