When I first contacted them I was given the name of a male therapist and at first said NO. I am glad that I changed my mind and went with Dr. Kukoleck. He has helped me more than the couple before him. As for the veteran, there are procedures that must be followed and dishing the company because you didn't get what you wanted is WRONG. Other therapist has said I suffer from PTSD, Dr. Kukoleck sees something different. I think their both right. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE

northwestern healthcare center in berea ohio is a 5 plus star facility. the staff are…read morecompassionate, skilled, empathetic and skilled from housekeeping, dietary, nursing, stna and administration. the activity director and personnel has each day full of excitement, hands on, and memory activities. residents get to meet and greet others , go on outings to shop or to eat. the occupational and physical staff department are one of the highest rated in ohio. they took an unresponsive, stomach tube, veteran. and gave him a new life. he feeds himself. walks over 800 plus feet and can brush his teeth and do daily hygiene. he only needs minimal assistance which is given when needed. they listen when he is upset and don't judge or over medicate him as was done in a previous healthcare center. this healthcare center rating should be 100 plus stars. a healthcare center that treats everyone with respect, compassion and respect. all who are a part of this group residents staff etc are vip's

I was in occupational therapy in Florida and was healing well. I came back to Ohio in May and found a place that did PT. I was with them for 6 weeks, with no improvement. I found Jody thru google search because I was looking for someone that just did hand therapy. I came to Jody with very limited range of motion with my wrist, as well as a frozen shoulder. In a few visits, I was making noticeable improvement with my range of motion as well as pain! Jody spends an entire hour with me. She has her very experienced hands on me the entire time. It's like she can feel thru my skin and knows exactly how to treat me for each visit, and each one is different. I can honestly say that I recommend Jody Heyman 100%.
