Well, things got a little busy and before I knew it I was bogged down with work and school. Thanks to Cara for posting up the Learn to Row info up on Yelp and giving me that little extra push to head down there now that I have more time. The LTR program goes over one day (about 7:30 - 2) and covers everything beginners need to know about rowing on the river in Cleveland (and it also reminds a few of us who have done it before of things we may have forgotten). A little bit of a classroom session with Erik and then down for a boathouse tour and some work on the erg's before hitting the water. The boathouse is beautiful.....and they just moved in a little while ago after the old boathouse burned down. They have a lot of room here and are working hard to improve the area and make it into a Riverfront Park that everyone can enjoy. Lots of room for boats (so many places row out of here: high schools, colleges and universities along with the master rowers and private members). The only thing that I wish the boathouse had, is a nice indoor rowing tank, then it would be complete! For the rest of the day, you'll be out on the water in your 8 with a couple of experienced rowers and a coxswain along with your coach alongside in the launch. They'll teach you everything basic about getting the boat in and out of the water and the fundamentals of the stroke.....and how not to get run over or swamped by the 7-story high ships that come down the Cuyahoga! After such a fantastic day out on the water, I knew I had to sign up for the rest of the summer....these people are fantastic, in reality, it seems more like the Hash House Harriers...they're a "social club with a rowing problem". The group camaraderie was so amazing that I even convinced a fellow Yelper to join up with me too....and I anticipate an excellent summer out on the water! They still have two more Learn to Row programs before the summer rowing league starts up so come on out and give it a try ;o)

Wait times on appointments early in the day are usually very short.

Offered to be my medicine dr I sted of who I was seeing at another family practice location and told me she would start prescribing me all the meds I currently took that day so she could become my MD from now on. Not much happened about the reason of the visit. So a few days pass I see my original doctor at the other location and which she read the notes to me, which said nothing but refer back with Anne. Thats it that's all she said she did not start any paper work to switch me over and she did not refill any of my prescriptions or attempt to try too start that process. My Dr said she didnt do anything you said she was going too. Just said to see my original MD. In complete shock. Ive realzied most of the Dr here get paid no matter what happens to us. They go home to there family happy healthy with all the money we give. And not care of my scary health symptoms, i'm desperate for answers.I have a son of my own trying to do the hold a job and pay bills is my every moment struggle. I came to her for some kind of help anything. She gave me nothing... they don't care about you period they want the government money that we can provide for them. So that they can have a good life.They can give two craps how you feel or if your dying. Ive had to do research intensive research on my own throughout the years, to narrow down my symptoms to what it could be. Then, on my own search for the doctors who diagnose people like me with the symptoms, I have. I'm doing all the work, meanwhile, being sick and trying to hold a job. These people are after your money.They could care less about you.And how you feel, or what's wrong with you?I have experienced this time and time again.

Everything was super easy and there was no line when we showed up for our 7pm time slot. Two small negatives: 1. The price at $27 bucks is a bit steep. I've got a place fairly close to me in Allentown, PA that's been doing a driving light display like this for years which is $10 less or I could go to the one at Hershey Park which would be more lights than here but is still technically cheaper. 2. In a sort of, it's not their fault category, the day prior it snowed and several of the displays weren't fully visible due to being some version of snow covered/snow obstructed. Overall this one is nice but small and before you know it, you're done. Is it worth it? For a Grinch like me, it's a waste of money, for someone who loves their Christmas, they might see this as a good investment.

Dog friendly because the paths are paved and are wide. There are 2 playgrounds total, one of them is on the top of the hill and the other is at the bottom. There are restrooms that are not the best but work. There are a few picnic tables most of them are covered. Lots of animals and lots of horses during horse fest. Overall I recommend going during horse fest. (My review from Google maps)

Wear comfortable shoes and come prepared for the experience. There are wall to wall vendors with a ton of people squeezing through the pathway. They have an area where live music is played. Food trucks are setup in this same area if you just need that. I say that because the restaurant vendors along the main walk more than satisfy any craving you could be having. There are stands with cocktails/beer and they even have a spiked bubble tea! Everything is really official. I will say bring cash. Some of the vendors take cards, and there are two ATMs that I counted, but they kept giving me error codes. It took multiple tries to get my actual cash. I'm not sure if this is the usual practice so beware. Parking was $10, but given the location free parking is definitely in walking distance. All in all a great time.

Why am I just getting out to Night Market?…read more Tips: BRING CASH Besides having no cash and walking half a mile to the nearest ATM, last night was a BLAST. So many booths of great product, food, and booze. So much Cleveland pride in one market. The food was mostly asian inspired, with the ocassional bakery. I found some cool stickers and magnets at Kay Em Apparel. Drank several Market Garden Brewery Octoberfests, and danced along to quality bands and even some hula inspired tunes. Yes, of course it was busy, but what do you expect? It's a quality market and anyone who likes a good time would get out to this place, especially since it's only 1 night a month! There's only one Night Market event left in September, and you better believe I'll be there!

That being said, it is a great little apple orchard with outstanding apples bakery, and their apple cider is to absolutely die for. I pick up a gallon a week (during season) and a quart to drink on the way home. Make sure your try their apple fritters if they're in and their pies are awesome as well.

A great time was had by all at Heavenly Hill Farm! Great little farm -- wonderful family that runs it.

The last counselor was in training from Case Western Univ. masters program she did the exact same thing even after assuring me this would not happen with her. Thus failure to close cases properly @ Your Recovery Counseling is obviously systemic and not a big deal to them!

I was in Sagamore in the 80s after CPS rescued me from my drunken abusive parents who are abused me for 13 years, I suffered life threatening abuse. I remember having to be taken to Western reserve at least once for some kind of medical help on some issue I had at the time but I don't recall exactly what it was. It seems like just any other medical hospital but I didn't know till years later they also had an adult psychiatric section where people from Sagamore could be admitted at age 18 on up if they didn't straighten their lives up at Sagamore. If you stayed at Sagamore up to age 18 and you hadn't yet been discharged, you could be transferred over to Western reserve which was near us. Any psych ward is no place to live and definitely no way to live since it's much like prison even if you've never been in prison
