I cannot say enough good things about Haley and the receptionist who helped me during my visit…read more I brought my dog, Wi-Fi, in after he suddenly became disoriented and wasn't walking normally. I was scared, it was the middle of the night, and on top of worrying about my dog, I was extremely concerned about whether I could afford an emergency veterinary visit. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. I never felt embarrassed, judged, or dismissed because I was concerned about cost. Haley was equally incredible. She checked Wi-Fi, reassured me that his vitals were good, listened to my concerns, and made me feel like both my dog and I were being cared for. What I will remember most is the humanity they showed me. At a moment when I was preparing myself for an expense I truly wasn't sure I could handle, they ultimately did not charge me for the visit. I cannot adequately explain what that meant to me. Emergency veterinary care can be an incredibly vulnerable experience. Haley and the receptionist managed to make a frightening night feel safe, compassionate, and manageable. That kind of kindness stays with people. Thank you both for taking care of Wi-Fi and for taking care of the person who loves him, too. I walked in scared and walked out incredibly grateful. Five stars does not feel like enough.

I downloaded Yelp just to leave this single review: Avoid BluePearl at all costs…read more My dog was struggling to breathe with pale gums. I called ahead, and both the receptionist and vet acted completely indifferent. When things got worse, I took him in anyway. What a mistake. The place has the cold, soul-crushing vibe of a jail, not a place that cares about animals. The receptionist greeted me with pure attitude -- "fill this out" and an unmistakable "why are you wasting my time" energy. The vet was even worse. No hello to me or my dog. He barely listened, shrugged off the symptoms like it was nothing, and made me feel like I was overreacting for wanting him seen. I trusted my instincts, walked out, and got the hell away from that place. The very next morning I drove six long hours home to my trusted family vet of years. Bloodwork, X-rays, and ultrasound revealed my dog's spleen was three times normal size and his red blood count was critically low. He's now in treatment, but the vet was blunt: if we had waited based on BluePearl's negligence, it could have easily been fatal. This isn't a veterinary clinic -- it's a disgrace. I mourn for any desperate pet owner who walks through those doors in a crisis. BluePearl doesn't deserve your trust or your money. Run. Go anywhere else.

Pandemic or not, there is no excuse for unprofessionalism. So I stopped putting up with their terrible service and tried Trusted Friend. Oh and to back track, I just remembered how the decided they were making an executive assumed decision with my dog by putting a needle in her that I did not approve! Ugh, that makes me irate! Anyways...... When calling Trusted Friend, immediately my call/s were answered, appointment made the same day and they had an efficient covid protocol in place. (And that is exactly why I don't accept excuses.) I parked, made the call, vet associate came out and grabbed the fur baby from the back seat, was in for maybe 15 minutes and done. Easy freaking peasy! Payment was done at my car window and I was off with my day. So that was a while ago and I should have made a review back then but I was prompted today because they have AJ who works there and I have been texting about the updated shots and getting some paperwork over by email. Seriously, every time I text or email, AJ is on it! Super responsive and helpful. I absolutely love it! Promote AJ or give him a raise please! He is definitely a role model in customer service!

I get there and they told me that my cat needed a $3500 procedure which I didn't have so they're only my other choice was to put him down. I paid $200 to have him put down and I had to give my baby a hug and kiss for the last time and leave him up there because they told me that he's getting so bad that he wouldn't even live through the night.. Thank goodness, my mom checked another location that said. That he didn't need that procedure. It was adult procedure and all he had to do was be drained. and placed on a urinary diet. which he wasn't misdiagnosed that they were trying to give him the incorrect procedure. I don't know if it was a money grab or what but also I went to go get a refund after I collected my cat and took him to a different location. And I only got refunded a $137. They told me the full thing was just the 200 plus the $91 for The Visit which I understood. I couldn't get back, but I didn't. I understand why they didn't break the pricing up correctly. When I went back to get got the refund as well. I was told they don't close that 3, any day of the week they close at 6. ih ave suffered an extreme amount of grief for that 3 hour time frame that I thought my cat was being put down. I'm really gonna have to seek therapy after this. They were in the process of euthanizing him when I went up there to pick him back up. Called before coming here, so they were ready for her visit. I thought it was odd that the employee took her back to the exam area, but told me that they'd call when the vet was done. Waited in the car for about an hour when the call came to pick up my dog. Met with the vet, and he told me that he expressed my dog's anal glands, but also asked if I wanted him to do more tests to ensure there wasn't also something else going on with her. I told him no, paid the vet bill of over $400 which included a small bottle of antibiotics for her, and brought her home. She didn't struggle with pooping after her vet visit. Gave her the antibiotics twice daily until she was done with her meds. She didn't seem to have any lasting effects. Two things that I didn't like were: 1. Me not being able to go with my dog to the exam room. 2. Being told that there may be something else wrong with her but not being provided a good explanation about what it was.
