HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…read more I highly believe that Dr. Jasar either one, just blatantly doesn't care about you or your animals or two, isn't qualified to be a veterinarian. Or who knows, probably both. I will be reporting to the veterinary licensing board for malpractice, as he basically sent me home with a dying cat, saying that he was just panting because he was stressed. Even the VET TECH knew that wasn't the case and tried to call him back to look at him, but he insisted that he was just stressed. Two hours later, and my cat takes his final breath. I go to take him back to get him cremated, a little earlier than they opened, because the vet tech specifically told me to do so, but the lady with the dark brown hair and coach glasses gave me the nastiest look and rolled her eyes at me, when all she needed to do was open the door and tell me they couldn't help me yet. She should not be anywhere near a business that is required to help people/animals. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY RUDE AND SHOULD RETIRE. Not one person in there expressed empathy when I brought my dead cat in, literal insanity to me that they chose to be in healthcare. One of the worst days of my life.

From start to finish, I am extremely happy with our experience at Family Pet Hospital…read more Our usual veterinarian was out of town, and our dog, Yuna, was suffering from severe itching due to her allergies. Her previous treatment plan provided some relief, but it wasn't fully addressing her symptoms, and we didn't want her to wait any longer for care. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful in squeezing Yuna in for a next-day appointment. She also let us know that the hospital was offering a complimentary first-time client exam, which was an added bonus. Dr. Sandhu was knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. She took the time to discuss a treatment plan that worked for both Yuna and our family and reassured us that allergy management extends beyond just Apoquel and Cytopoint. She mentioned recently attending a dermatology conference, and I truly appreciated her commitment to continuing education. As a pet care professional myself, I know how important it is to stay current with advancements in animal care, whether in grooming, veterinary medicine, or other fields. I was especially impressed that Dr. Sandhu recommended a newer medication, Zenrelia, which I had not previously heard of. After visiting several veterinarians over the years, we've often been told that Apoquel and Cytopoint were the primary options available. Learning that there are additional avenues to explore for allergy treatment was both reassuring and encouraging. The entire team was also incredibly patient and accommodating. I was at work during the appointment, and my husband, who brought Yuna in, wasn't as familiar with her medical history and previous treatments. The staff took the time to work with me over the phone and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured into unnecessary treatments or add-ons. Unfortunately, some veterinary practices today can feel transactional or dismissive of client concerns. At Family Pet Hospital, I felt genuinely heard, respected, and supported. Their focus was clearly on finding the best solution for Yuna rather than selling services. As of her first day on Zenrelia, Yuna is already showing encouraging signs of improvement, and we are hopeful this treatment will provide her with lasting relief. We will continue monitoring her progress, but we're very pleased with how she is doing so far. Thank you, Dr. Sandhu and the entire staff, for your kindness, expertise, and dedication to your patients. I highly recommend Family Pet Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary team that is compassionate, knowledgeable, and committed to providing personalized care.
