Today, after recording them in this wetland area, I was flipped off and called names by the primary man in the photo. He literally went all the way around a few blocks on his mower to come to our yard and proceed to harass us. We advised him to leave and that we retained an attorney, provided his name, etc. Instead of leaving it be and leaving this man leaves to go get the other 2 that were mowing out there with him just to come back to our house for a second time to again provoke and harass us, as well as call me names. As you've been notified and could hear on the phone, we have retained an attorney. Everything they're doing out here has been WITHOUT consent of the residents and we are not part of any HOA, have lived here nearly 17 years and never will be part one. No amount of abuse of power with voting, elections or threats will make us become part of one either. These actions were completely unacceptable and have been reported, as will any further actions made by your company.

As time progressed they got "busy" and my lawn was forgotten, specifically I remember mowing my foot high lawn after having to borrow a lawn mower to avoid a fine from the city. I let this go, maybe they really were busy. However, when it came time to care for our newly seeded lawn at our new house they completely dropped the ball. After an onsite meeting where we discussed treatment and care of our lawn I felt confident they would show up and keep my lawn looking great. However, they never showed up. Worse, they didn't bother to tell me they weren't planning on showing up to fertilize, risking my newly seeded $7,000 lawn. I had to switch companies both for my lawn treatment and my mowing. No one ever called. Very unprofessional.
