It would have been sooner if not for the holiday. They have visited and plan to continue to visit to ensure we are happy with their product and that it is working as we would expect it to. The staff was very cordial and communicative. The pricing was also very competitive. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

No one showed up, and no call was made that day to explain. The following day, someone did reach out to reschedule, and a new appointment was set for 7/1 in a 9am-12pm window. On 7/1, the technician again never arrived. I called at noon for an update and was told someone would call me back. That call never came. I called again at 2pm, and was again told I'd receive a callback with an update -- no explanation was offered, and at that point I had no reason to believe it would actually happen. I ended up canceling the appointment myself. Two weeks after my initial call, my issue remains unresolved, and I've now taken two half-days off with nothing to show for it. Aside from the one callback to reschedule after the first no-show, there was no proactive communication about delays and no real accountability for the missed appointments. If you need reliable, communicative service, I cannot recommend this company. Repeated no-shows, combined with a lack of follow-through on promised updates, made this one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had.

The person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was very pleasant to deal with. They had a technician on-site the next day. He was very helpful and seemed fairly honest. I have an older UNIT and assumed it would simply need to be replaced. To my surprise, the technician was able to get the unit running and took the time to do a general inspection of the system. He did say that we should probably budget to replace the unit next summer. What I really liked about the situation over-all is that this guy could have come in and said "eh, you should replace this unit. Oh, by the way, we sell units." Instead of doing that he got our current unit running for a fair price, explained that the repair should get us through the summer, and recommended that we save some cash to replace it next summer. It was a very honest assessment, I will certainly call Wade again when I am ready to replace my system.

Giving 1 star here is generous, but this is the lowest rating Yelp will allow. Wade mounted a…read morecentral AC unit on the side of my house in 2019. I noticed this past Saturday evening that the unit was beginning to fall off of my house. I gave Wade a call and they mentioned that they could not come out until early Monday morning, since this is more than a 1 person job. I asked what to do in the meantime and the technician from Wade told me that it would be okay if the refrigerant line holds the unit to the house until then. I had to call the fire department to help me secure it to ensure this did not become a serious hazard that could result in further property damage or injuring someone. Monday morning came and no one from Wade contacted me. I then contacted Wade again Monday morning and they told me someone would be out later in the afternoon to assess the situation. A representative from Wade came out at 3:30pm on Monday to take pictures. Shortly afterwards, I received a phone call from a manager from Wade stating that they could handle the repair, but at my cost since their labor warranty is only 1 year. He stated that the brick failed and this is not Wade's fault. This is despite me informing him that incorrect anchors were used as per multiple independent opinions I received from qualified HVAC professionals. I decided to have Duda HVAC come out and handle the repairs and was amazed by their professionalism, compared to my experiences with Wade. I have added Wade Heating and Cooling to my list of "COMPANIES TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN"

Utterly disappointed. Chose this company based on their Yelp…read morereviews. The technician (Duane) arrived to clean our ducts on 10/2025. We had previously taken the time to move everything out of the way to provide complete access to the ductwork and make things easier for the tech. Why are we disappointed? - the dust level in our house is much, much worse than prior to service being preformed - upon checking I saw a large amount of debris in the bottom of our ducting - the technician reinstalled a register grill upside down because the duct tin needed tacked up out of the way and he apparently didn't want to bother taking time to do it correctly. - I had to ask about the condition of our ducts prior to the cleaning before he would show me just a one single before photo. I have to wonder if it was actually a photo of our ducting. - I got a negative vibe from the technician from the outset. His demeanor was less than friendly and he didn't talk much. My impression was that he wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I felt he was a very poor representative of this company. The work was completed quickly and I can't help but feel we received a "rush job". The dust in our house is much worse than ever and this experience was a complete waste of our $725. We feel like we've been ripped off. Per your response to my review above - Yes it's true that it's been a year since the service was performed. I've been meaning to send a review since last winter. However, because I'm a procrastinator and I sincerely don't like to complain doesn't change anything about my honest, but blunt, statements. The unusual frequency and amount of dusting we now have to do after your service (not to mention shelling out your service fee for sub, substandard work) finally drove me to take this step. Furthermore, explain to me why when I happened to be performing some home maintenance a couple of months ago, I found the thick layer of crud laying on the bottom of our ducting ? It shouldn't be there in that volume. Is your equipment inadequate ? As far as the operable grill reinstalled upside down goes, it was GLARINGLY obvious because it had once been painted except for a strip on the bottom behind the carpeting. That, exceedingly noticeable, contrasting strip was reinstalled up, instead of down, where it's hidden by the carpet nap. (I can send you a photo.) I saw how the tin interfered with the reinstallation and I had to mess around and tack it up out of the way. So I believe the technician didn't want to deal with it and put on upside down instead of, at least, notifying me. And I suggest you speak to your technicians about how they represent your establishment. On the whole, our experience points to some sort of problem with your company. Where that problem lies is up for debate. I initially read all the good reviews regarding your company. I expected at least adequate work to be performed. What we got was, at best, unacceptable. You can speak about all the positive things about your company and your personnel, all I know is what we experienced. Instead of denying everything I said perhaps you should consider it objectively and take it for what it's worth.
