He treated me like a regular patient, not "just an immigrant going through paperwork." He genuinely cared about my well‑being and even took time to give me thoughtful advice about some health conditions I have. That meant a lot to me. 3. The immigration team is absolutely amazing. Morgan scheduled my appointment over the phone and was so nice and patient -- she made me feel much better about what can be a very intimidating process. Amber is such a wonderful woman. She turned what could have been a boring and stressful immigration medical procedure into a great experience. On the day of my exam, I actually made two mistakes on my paperwork (completely my fault -- I misspelled my name first, then added an extra number to my passport number ). I can laugh about it now, but at the time I was overwhelmed with work, life, and immigration stress. Amber and another newer team member helped me redo my paperwork twice without any frustration, only kindness and support. They truly saved my day and made everything so pleasant. My USCIS application has now been submitted for about a month, and I'm very grateful I chose this office. One nurse told me after waiting an hour and a half for surgery that the laser machine was broken and they had to fix it. This made me so nervous. I was going in for cataract surgery. That same nurse yelled out my name and added 'Come on down!' Very loudly as if she was on a game show. Very unprofessional. My second surgery the anesthesiologist was not at my surgery, but gave the job to a young nurse. The first cut hurt and I said "ow" and she said she'd give me more medicine. I should've never remembered anything from the surgery room. I asked my doctor about it and I said where was the anesthesiologist? He said he was in the building. Not good enough. My medical driver said they were so rude to her she will never drive another patient there again. This tells you everything you need to know to not use this facility.

Arrived a few minutes late but was not an issue. Receptionists were very nice and informative. Got in to a patient's room within 5 minutes of checking in and completing two pages of paperwork. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and took down my symptoms and history. Dr Bloom came in about 20 minutes later. He was informative, pleasant, and thorough. Prescribed a decongestant and gave a recommendation on a OTC expectorant to take. Very happy overall with the experience.

From the registration nurse to the ER nurses and attending physician, the staff was rude and dismissive to my wife and son. They rushed through the examination, failing to properly assess his condition. They attempted to use an adult-sized catheter on my infant, which my wife had to intervene to stop--a dangerous and careless mistake. The ER doctor (Dr. Mark Reiter) checked my son's ears and throat, claimed everything looked fine, and diagnosed a viral infection, advising us it would "run its course." Keep in mind that this Doctor is on the Executive Board of Middle Tennessee Emergency Physicians. Feeling dismissed, we took our son to his pediatrician the next day, who immediately noticed his throat was severely inflamed and diagnosed a severe case of strep throat via testing. The pediatrician noted that his throat was so raw it was surprising he could drink his bottle. This misdiagnosis could have led to serious complications if we hadn't sought a second opinion. The ER staff's behavior was unacceptable. They were socializing and appeared more focused on rushing us out than providing care. I'm pursuing a formal complaint with the hospital and state authorities due to this negligence and lack of professionalism. I strongly advise others to avoid this ER, especially for pediatric emergencies, as their care fell far below acceptable standards.

They took me right in and was caring for my needs. They were so kind and supportiv. They tried everything they could to stop the bleeding. Being a small rural hospital, they didn't have the staff to be able to fix my condition and had to transfer me. But there was nothing else that they could do. They contacted my original surgeon and was coordinating my transfer to Summit Hospital in Hermitage, TN who was on staff that day. I treated kindly and I really appreciated the care I received on a weekend. I made it just in time to have emergency surgery in Nashville.

Walking in, I was immediately met with a barrage of paperwork focused on billing--making sure charges are clear to them, not to you. Not exactly the warmest introduction for someone seeking mental health support. The next interaction was just as impersonal. After giving my name, I was directed to step on a scale and provide measurements--no introduction, no explanation, no basic courtesy. It felt more like processing inventory than welcoming a person. Then came the actual "care" session. The provider launched into a rapid-fire explanation of all the ways the clinic can bill you, delivered with the energy of a fast-talking sitcom character. She shared that she knew I had already been given all of those details though just wanted to recap again. Then, she told me why she thought I was there which was not accurate. I asked her to slow down and please take the time to have dialogue instead of talking at me. She never asked meaningful questions or or make a genuine attempt to understand why I was there, which made any real conversation about mental health impossible. Overall, the experience felt dismissive, disinterested, and transactional from start to finish. The caregiver, in particular, seemed better suited to a role with minimal human interaction - perhaps guarding an empty museum wing, because meaningful engagement was clearly not part of the approach. I am genuinely appalled and disturbed this clinic presents itself as having any aptitude in mental health care. None of them demonstrated an ounce of intellectual curiosity or communication skills which should be critical in caregiving roles.

I have tried reaching out to them since 2025 December because I need a proper document of diagnosis for my son to provide a document to his school.
