I want to commend Shaine Mier, Chris Naab and the Veterans Choice crew who installed our new roof. The entire crew was polite, personable and professional and went out of their way to make sure that the job was done correctly right down to the clean up by raking the yard for any possible nails and using a blower on the sidewalks to clear them off. Chris Naab, who we met with to get the project started was quite knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish In all the years I've seen roofing done this is the first company that I've ever seen that started the job out by wrapping the entire house in a mesh curtain to make sure that no windows or siding was damaged while they were tearing the old roof off. I would highly recommend Veteran's Choice to anyone for roofing and/or any other contracting project that they're called on to do. Chris was very helpful, prompt, & courteous when explaining the process of getting my new roof. Had no problems with the crew other than a day late because they were tied up on another job. The next day the crew showed up on time and worked hard to complete the job in 2 days. The Crew cleaned up everything! The next day Chris even came back down and checked to make sure it was all cleaned up. Cheryl & Jill in the office were very helpful with making sure I wasn't nervous about the process. My husband and I recently came to the conclusion we needed new windows, since the prior ones were single pane and wood frames. We looked around and had numerous companies stop by the home to inspect the windows, however, none of them came even close to Veterans Choice. We met a lovely rep, named Emily, at the local home show. She was so sweet and friendly, she set us up for an appointment for them to come out and inspect the windows and quote us. They were absolutely wonderful when they came out, even removed their shoes before walking around the home. We used Veterans choice to put new gutters on our home. We had Dan Francescon as our project manager, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience with him. From start to finish, Dan was incredibly professional, attentive, and reliable. He checked in regularly, and made sure everything was done to a high standard. Anytime we had any questions or concerns with the project he was prompt in calling us back or coming to the house.
