Nick is an awesome one man show. He explains everything, is very knowledgeable, and reasonable priced. He fixed a couple sensor connections when it was very cold this past winter. We discussed a few issues with the garage door spring that Kolter has neglected, and the spring was too small for the large door (but cut costs for the builder). I was unhappy with my current garage door openers, and they were six years old and just didn't seem up to snuff and were very loud.
