Mark met with me within a couple of days to survey my property and gave me his expert opinions and recommendations. He offered so much more than I had envisioned and gave me several options to chose from. I chose the option to have my front and side yard fully covered with sod. I also had a driveway drainage issue when it rained, causing water to pool in my driveway up to several days. I was so impressed with Mark's patience in answering my questions and thoroughly explaining the steps on how the sod project would be completed, I had him include the estimate for a french drain to be installed as well. I accepted the offer and Mark provided timely communications and updates before the project began. On the day of the project, Mark and his crew were extremely organized and work very well together. The old grass was removed and the clay soil was prepped and leveled. The 100 ft french drain was installed during the yard preparation. The top soil was applied and leveled. The sod arrived on time and installation began on the morning of its arrival. Mark and his crew had all the sod laid quickly. The team was very friendly and respectful of my property. One of the crew members found an expensive drill and gave it to me so I could return it to the Spectrum technician who left it when he was moving the cable lines. I worked from home and I was not disturbed by the work going on outside from the crew. All the work was completed in two days. Now I have an HOA friendly yard! I am extremely satisfied with Prosper Landscaping Construction quality of work.

TERRIBLE communication & work. I hired this company to install a fence & they left it unfinished &…read moresloppy. They were supposed to install a horizontal fence with metal post & metal top rails. It started with the project being delayed for 2 weeks due to "materials not arriving". The first delay was that they ordered materials but they weren't going to arrive until 1 week later. The 2nd delay was that the truck with the materials flipped & materials weren't going to arrive until another week. I requested for an email from the supplier explaining the delay & ABU fencing refused to get me an email. They charged me an extra $2600 for "better" material they said they could get much quicker so we could get the project going. They added 3 different top rails that did not match in size. I asked many times to fix it & the refused to & even said the supplier said that is how it is supposed to be?? They left spaces between the the top rails & metal post. Their way of fixing that was to paint it... 50% of the panels are not leveled. They left big openings in the panels & did not care to fix them. 1 gate post is not aligned with the other post making the gate slanted. I have been completely ignored by the owner & unfortunately I paid him in full. I asked him to come look over everything several times & he said he is "too busy". I DO NOT recommend ABU Fencing.

From the point I reached out to project completion was about 2 weeks and that was with a custom made gate. It turned out great. Awful quality. We had a chain link installed in our back yard and have two larger dogs so we…read morerequested industrial strength. We didn't get it. I can easily break the links with my hands and I'm not that strong. One of our dogs just pushed through the bottom of the fence without trying. We had them come back to tighten the tension wire and they promised it was industrial strength. Dogs pushed out again. With ease. We watched them do it. Didn't even have to really push. So we went and bought temporary stakes and 2x4s to secure the bottom of the fence until they can get back out to fix it. Their fix including cutting our stakes we just purchased and running the tension wire through those! The issue is the fencing is not industrial strength. It's the cheapest of cheapest materials. We have since had 3 other fence companies come out to give us quotes to fix this since JM won't return phone calls
