Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The salesman I dealt with was rude and nonchalant throughout the interaction. What was even more frustrating was that my prepaid order was apparently canceled without my knowledge or consent. I was not properly informed about the cancellation, and the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. I understand that issues can happen with orders, but I expect customers to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when there is a problem with an order that has already been placed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope Lax and Wine & Spirits takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service and communication in the future. If your purse is big you have to leave it upfront with security- - - WTH. If you don't want to leave your purse then you have to take it back to your car. This just pisses me off. I understand people steal from here but I'm also sure that every store more than likely deals with theft, and I've neeeever been told to leave my personal property (only shopping bags) anywhere while shopping. You also have employees walking around watching like a hawk, which is a bit uncomfortable as well. They have a large selection and good prices, which is the only reason I come back. There's a road that takes you to all the industrial buildings, the gas station entrance to Costco, and more. Depending on where you're coming from, GPS may navigate you to pass all of that. There's a long row of parking spaces that expand the length of the long building. A short walk can easily become extensive if it's really busy. Otherwise, there have been some general updates --- the hibisco is in regular rotation, and they are open most Friday evenings now! Tours and tastings are still going strong, and yes, the gin is still my favorite. But one of my favorites -- RORY! The distillery cat that I had the pleasure of being present for when he was first found on the property. I'm looking forward to continuing to support them, and I'm due to take some friends there.
