Knob Creek rocks, Elijah Craig rocks, a Ranch Water (a bit too sweet), and a classic Italian Aperol Spritz. Dinner on the patio starting with a smoked bacon appetizer followed by a wedge salad. Sugared bacon was delicious. Wedge didn't have the salad core removed which was a bit disappointing. Shared a coal-fired Margarita pizza with chicken added. Pizza was cooked perfectly and was delicious with a healthy amount of ingredients, including the excellent blend of cheeses. Our waiter Peter was very professional, friendly and informative. Definitely recommend the Vineyard for an upscale night out with excellent ambiance featuring a Mediterranean decor. Will go back.

I walked in the side door to go to game room (not the restaurant) with 3 other guests and my service dog, who is a small Shih Tzu, he did not have is vest on, but he has been there many time before without his vest. Crystal literally jumps out of her chair in her office and runs in the hallway to scream at me that I can't have my dog in there in front of everyone, she did not pull me to side, she did not use any customer service skills, she just screamed at me. I told her he was a service dog and I think she said well he has to have his vest with the worst attitude. I did as she requested and removed the dog from the building and sat outside with my dog. This was a work meeting for me with clients and she embarrassed me, upset my clients and honestly I have never seen someone so passionate about kicking out a cute shih-tzu in my life. It was like she was having a bad day or something and she wanted to take it out on me. I have been coming to the vineyard over a decade and I've never seen a sign saying no pets allowed maybe the rules changed, and I will gladly comply if they did, but it was not that the fact that she asked me to remove the dog, it was the tone and the way she yelled at me that was so concerning and I think as a vineyard you should know about this incident and that lots of people have pets, Austin is a pet friendly city and she could have been a lot kinder and use some customer service skills to get her point across with the little class and grace that you expect from a vineyard establishment. Everyone is there to have a good time and have a meaningful experience with the staff, not get yelled by an unhinged employee. I have nothing but good things to say about the other employees, everyone is always kind and gracious. Next time we return Louis will have his service dog vest on.

Update 02-03-2024 7…read moreCreeks continues to produce some of the best wines in Central Texas. Stopped by this weekend because one of our favorite chefs was onsite doing his thing... Papa Paella! Hands down the best paella we have ever had! That's another review though! LOL The Horne family that owns and runs 7 Creeks are great folks. Always stopping by to visit (when they can, it stays pretty busy on weekend days), and they're all willing to talk about how they make the wine, wine and food pairing, etc. They offer some food items, e.g., charcuterie board, Fat Boy Cheese and crackers (if you haven't had Fat Boy cheese, you gotta get you some of that-- delicious!). And, they welcome you bringing your own food. It's a good place for families, usually quite a few there, plenty of room for kids to run around and exhaust themselves! :-) 7 Creeks usually has live music on Saturdays, and often has special menus cooked and offered by Jerry Horne, he is a fantastic cook... gumbo, street tacos, etc. Well worth your time to stop by the winery in Burnet, TX.
