Got it verbally over the phone but never received the quote by email. No exam fee mentioned at all. Got charged two examination fees. Even for the dog that had an exam just recently at the clinic. The manager refused to reimburse the fee for the previously seen dog and just talked in circles. She told me I should have ask at the clinic when the Vet saw my dog....... I think the quote should cover that, and if it doesn't, do not charge me! We had one false start at a larger operation and then found DeTails Pet Grooming online. Rachel was our groomer and she did a fantastic job. Our dog has been groomed regularly over the past few years and this time was among the best. He can also be itchy after a grooming, but I didn't see him scratch himself once after we brought him home. Everyone who works there is very friendly and they post cute doggie pics on Facebook with funny captions. So happy that we've now found the perfect groomer!
