Management as well as many of drivers are unprofessional they take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to get their passengers, in many cases not at all. If you get your cab sooner you just lucked out. They are not reliable the main lady dispatcher is rude. Take an Uber or Lyft they are reliable and professional. The other Taxis in the area are better than them if the get back to you, the other cabbies are cheaper too.

Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. Oh and there were several texts to me to confirm the pick up, to pay the fare, remind me, and also one 15 minutes before he arrived. Nice touch.

We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver. Reliable transportation to the airport during odd times is almost impossible to find in Syracuse but CCS was there for us and fulfilled everything they said they would! 10/10 recommend!
