I let Jessie at the counter know my situation and asked if they had any cars available that fit my original rate. She was able to work with me, get me set up with a car, and encouraged me to purchase the damage insurance. I was SO happy I did because I accidentally damaged the bumper. I was beyond grateful that I had purchased the insurance! When I dropped the car off Jerry and Jessie were very helpful guiding me through the claims process and within 10 minutes I was on my way. I will definitely be purchasing the damage waiver insurance from now on. You just never know! Bottom line, the customer service here is incredible!

I had the vehicle for 24 days, I was charged a cleaning fee $400.00 for smoking, I don't smoke in my car or anyone else's. Then I declined the toll pass coverage, but they say I hit the toll pass button to activate it and I was charged $503.82, I never went through or was near any toll roads, the car language was in Spanish, unable to change it to English. I vow never to use Hertz ever again, it's SAD!!!! that this company has gone so far downhill from what they use to be.

There are other car rental places to use.

How are people supposed to find out what they need to know about your airport if the information isn't online AND nobody answers the phone. I mean, nobody? Ugh. I've got to try to get to this airport today and fly out tomorrow. I'm not feeling hopeful about my flying experience if a simple phone call is so hard to answer. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and when we finally went to check our bags they told us we weren't able to and that the flight was closed even though the plane hadn't landed yet!! They told us we could get on the plane but we just couldn't take our luggage. Which obviously makes no sense. We have flown allegiant airline for years this experience is causing us to question our willingness to fly with them again.

Look at the photos - it says the vehicle was caught speeding at 9:22AM but the photos are as black as night & you can't make out the license plate at all! We will never use Enterprise again & telling all our family, friends, co-workers all about this fiasco!

There were stains on the carpet amd comforter as well as dust balls in the corner...even an m&m on the carpet by the couch. The actual set up of the room was nice with a desk, couch, and French doors to separate the bed from the couch/desk area. We ended up buying air freshener for the room because we just couldn't take the smell. There were also random hairs on the bathroom floor and bathtub. The pool was closed for maintenance which we didn't mind as we weren't planning on using. The gym though, was decent, but there was no AC in there. They only had a big fan which was filled with dust. So it was very hard to work out without proper ventilation. Also, the main ice machine wasn't working so if you needed ice, you would need to bring your bucket to the front desk and they would fill it for you with their machine. I would give this place a 1 star but upped it due to the friendly staff. Definately would not go back here again.

On our stay we went to the Corning museum of glass, and the Rockwell Museum. It was about a 40 minute drive west. The owner Liz provides a booklet of places to go and things to do and see. There are trails to hike. We didn't get to this time cause of all the snow. But will be coming back to do it in the summer. After all our walking in Cortland the hot tub outside in the winter time was a dream! My kids really loved the hot tub as well. There is a full kitchen, and bath. We didn't want for anything.
