My young cat had been limping badly and showing other behavioral signs of pain. Dr. Iacono diagnosed a badly seated kneecap and recommended a course of pain killer and low activity for a bit. I ended up going to another vets office for a second opinion and try as that vet might, she could find nothing wrong with the knee, felt it was the hip, and xrays showed a completely broken femur head and the kitty had FHO surgery. And earlier this week I took my senior dog in for a Cytopoint allergy shot and had I not questioned the amount of the charge, I wouldn't have found out that she was given Librella instead. Although she's handling that med ok, it's very concerning that some random wrong medication with potentially serious side effects was given to her. I'm having trouble now having any feeling of trust in the practice.

They offered some spray 2 days after I texted them for $31.00 which they should have given me under the circumstances since they hurt him. In addition the Vet never called like they said she would. Don't trust your pet to these people apparently they are only concerned about the money and not how they treat your pet.

When I asked her about this she cancelled my appt. This is the email she sent to me after simply asking for credentials...anyone would do the same when a family member is involved: Hi Michael, I am going to cancel our appointment. Please find someone you can trust that is a better fit for you.
