The doc was very kind and spent about 15 minutes kneeling on the ground checking out Diesel while I held him since he was so nervous. The front desk can be a little bit overly sensitive some times, and they can't seem to keep employees in that position for very long, staff is never the same it seems. With that said, even with the changing staff, the front desk is always very sweet to my pets, which is all I really care about. They are also good about honoring the things they say they will do and send to me, and always willing to work with me and be transparent about costs. Even though the staff changes often, 9 times out of 10, they hire people that have a good heart and clearly love animals, which is the most important thing. Overall, this has been my vet office of choice for 5 years or so now. They do seem to really care, they make my pet feel comfortable and happy, they work with you, they are transparent, professional, and I think they do a really good job overall.

We were able to go into a private room that had been set up to feel more like a room in your home, it didn't feel medical. There was a couch, carpet and tables. It felt like they went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible, which we really appreciated. Afterwards, they let us stay in there as long as we need to. A week or so later we received a card from the entire staff and a clay footprint from our dog. They really do care about you and it shows.
