Vexus internet. I would not recommend them. We signed up when they were new in Amarillo about 3 years ago and they were awesome. Since then the speed has gotten slower and the service keeps going down. Annoying spurts during the day I work from home and internet is critical. today they have been down for 5 hours so far and no ETA when we'll get it back. This is the second time in as many months where there has been a major interruption in service. I'm currently looking for a new provider. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Called them to remove it and aside from not calling ahead to say they were coming, the service guy arrived at 8 AM pressing the doorbell rapidly and banging hard on the door as if he were going to break in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He removed the box and cut the wire and left it hanging in the alley. I had 2 sprinkler lines busted, I was offered no solution or recompense for fixing this one my own dime; I then found out installers had used my sprinkler pvc pipe to run their own cable line by breaking it in order to run the cabling through - and not one person owned up to it. I had it professionally fixed and sent them the bill (a measley $160.00) and have yet to receive payment for this. Vexus has been an absolute nightmare for my business. About 70% of my business requires the internet and phone service. Vexus has regularly experienced outages with two of them lasting one week for me. The most recent is now one week and counting. They claim they are waiting on a part to be ordered to fix my service. The phone line has been down for three months. I contact them and get apologies, however when I demand a reduced bill, the most I have gotten was $20 off and a reminder that "I'm under contract with them for three years." They are the ones breaching a contract by continuously failing to provide a service. They are certainly harming my small business and costing me a significant amount of money. I would strongly recommend that you never do business with this company for any reason. read more

They bullied their way onto our property and got their way. We have proof of a power pole that is private light pole. They called the sheriff on us to give them access. Original they didn't even ask the owner they asked the autistic nephew permission. We have proof from the Hutchinson co courthouse stating the right away. Our rights as homeowners have been violated and their is nothing we can do other be threatened to be thrown in jail if we dont allow them access to private property. read more

If I could give zero I would. They came in to dig lines I didn't even want! Then they dug ruts in my yard on top of that they snapped my freaking gas line. Leaving me and toddler with out heat or hot water for over 4hrs. Then Atmos had to dig up not only my yard but my neighbors. Now who's going to fix this ugly mess? We had Vexus TV. It was good, at first. Then we started having buffering issues and customer service couldn't get it working properly. Eventually, Vexus cancelled their TV service. Call the next morning, on hold for over 30 minutes. I have called to either cancel my service or get my monthly payment reduced. When we first got Vexus it was good, not like Optimum. Now Vexus has gotten just as bad and service is bad also. Now Vexus is doing away with their original service and switching to streaming service. Not everyone wants streaming! Also, now for over a week have trouble getting the local networks, not sure if it is because they have already started switching to streaming. Hi I was charged for an extra month of service by this company and i have supporting documentation. their excuse is that it is not their fault they are short staffed I have recorded calls because the company has a new owner and they went from 40 employees to to 20. I know it's only 107$ but if they are doing this to other customers it turns to thousands. idk how to go about this but I need the community help to come to together and and file a joint law suit. Cable service and internet okay, quality is okay although at times it goes through streaming motion. Price and value keeps going up.

Vexus is a scam. They quoted me a price per month of $60 then charged me $96. Than tried to charge me $106.17 for the next month. I canceled me service before the end of my first month. Signed up and installed Vexus on April 15th by the 28th of April my service was down due to bad weather, i had purchased the int backup plan for when the service was down but that did not work either. i proceeded to call Vexus to get an update and was told it would be about 4 days for my int serv to be restored. after 4 days it was not fixed, i called again to get another update i was told a rep would come out and fix it the next day. that did not happen. on may 14th after waiting since the 28th of April for service i decided to cancel and utilize the 30 day money back guarantee. it was not easy to cancel had to speak to 4 different reps to cancel but it was done i was told it would be 6 weeks before i got a check for the refund. 6 weeks later on June 24th i received a check for $32.11 far less than the $88.72 i paid. i have contacted them several times and keep getting told it was an error and is being escalated to accounting. it is June 28th and i have heard no word back and my calls keep getting ignored now.
