The staff showed me how to set it up and explained how it worked. They showed me how to navigate inside the program to keep track of my statistics and more. There's a cool feature that shows a video of my swing after I take it. It is so helpful because I can see where I went wrong or (hopefully!) what I'm doing right lol. If I have a question it's easy to get it answered. I only use the practice range feature but there are several golf courses that can be played. They have a nice selection of menu items. I recommend the dumplings with spicy sauce - so good. Beer, wine, Prosecco, flavored tea, and sparkling water are refreshing drink choices after coming in from a hot summer day.

The venue is very nice. Spacious seats. Had plenty of leg room at 5'9. I don't know that there would be a bad seat. My tickets were in the top back right but I could see and hear very well. They do sell food and drinks. Parking was free and easy. Even exiting at the end was easy with staff helping guide everyone out of the parking lot.

Performers, musicians and comedians gather at the bottom of the Pier. It is a creative way to attract a crowd. There are bathrooms and a few restaurants across from the Pier. You can find lots of shopping and dining within just a few blocks. We were careful to have our pockets zipped and we took cross body bags. It is easy to get distracted with a large group of people. The top of the pier allows fishing. It costs a dollar to enter the gated area. It is super windy at the end of the pier. Watch your ball caps!

I hate leaving poor reviews, but more than that, I hate spending money on an obviously dismal golf…read morecourse. This is a Tom Fazio track and, from what I understand, used to be very nice. But in recent years the quality of upkeep around the course has dramatically slipped. The greens were bumpy and the tee boxes were so thick that teeing the ball high was nearly impossible. The fairways were honestly abysmal -- crab grass springing up all over the place and in some fairways the grass was not only dead but gone completely. Unfortunately I would not recommend playing this course. Sad, sad condition.
