Actually many big events have been hold in this location. The TPepin has big parking space that may include 300 cars or more. Their room can accommodate up to 1000 people if needed. They have nice reception area with waterfall and fire. Their side walkway include pool table and shuffle board. In the ballroom, they have high ceiling decorated lighting which is pleasant. The stage is available in the ballroom for any presentation or announcement. The also have to be side bar and kitchen bar if you decide an open bar with munchies items. The bathroom is comfortable. They also has outside patio for any Open grilled item. I have been here several time, I believe it is also good for wedding or anniversary. Puff and Stuff actually has an office there if you need catering.

The lady in charge called me back about two days later and instead of telling me the availability on the date I requested she tried to sell me on another date. Her exact words were "who has a shower on a Sunday? Why not have one on Friday?" Umm because people work until 5 or 6 and the last thing they want to do on a Friday is go to a bridal shower. She then told me that we could meet the next day anytime after 4:45pm and I said perfect because my mom works until 5 and it will take her a little bit to get there since she'll be fighting traffic. She said it was fine, mind you my mom called shortly after just to introduce herself and my mom had told her the same thing about being there after 5. I got to the location 10 after 5 and my mom was 5 minutes behind me. Before I got out of the car the lady I spoke with told me I was late and that I told her I would be there at 4:45 when I never did, I also told her that I'm sorry but I thought both me and my mom said we would be there after 5. She said I was snippy and that I should've called to tell her I was going to be late. People, just a side note: I never said I would be there anytime before 5 and she insisted that I did. Even if I did, I'm the customer and when is it ok for her to talk to a customer like that? I usually never get upset at stuff like this, I've worked in both retail and restaurant and I get that people have bad days but this lady was just plain rude. I told her that it was ok that we would find another venue anyway and that I wouldn't want to do business with someone like that. So if that lady ever retires or gets fired I'll try and do business there again but if not there are plenty of other places. Sorry it was long folks.

I wound up getting the kids grape juice instead, which I did not expect and almost spit it up when it came time to serve the cake of course I was the only person that did not get a slice, I literally had to get up and go in the back to tell someone I did not get any cake. Because of the terrible service and the absolutely poor food I cannot recommend this place.

It's a massive acreage and easily had space for 150 dinning guests. It was a delightfully rustic and elegant reception on the lake! And parking was easy pezzzy in the dirt lot. For about 80 cars. There were views of the lake from all around and access to the vineyard for wedding photo oppps. I only wish the dinning area had net coverinnn like most of Tampa, Florida after sunset. After dark while we were eatinnng mosquitoes basically ate us alive! Luckily one of us had bug spray and we're able to survive the night and not depart early.
