The Society was founded in March 1932 and is the oldest exclusively model railroad club in the United States. They maintain 2,500 square feet of model railroad displays of steam and diesel freight and passenger trains and trolleys, plus so much more. It was fun to see all the parts of the display - it really gives you a glimpse into the history of railroading. It is not easy to find, as the doorway is tucked into the left front center of the building and the society is located on the third floor with no elevator. The display is normally open on the second Sunday of each month, except May.

This store came as a recommendation from my former piano teacher, Elizabeth B, when I started taking lessons from her. I had the most pleasant experience with Jarl, who I believe is the Executive Director. He showed me a variety of new pianos that were within my budget as I was on the "Rent to Own" plan. I ended up buying a beautiful Knabe upright, which still has it's beautiful color and shine after all these years. Jarl answered many of my questions after the purchase and arranged for a great delivery (I forget the name of the company but I should find out as I need them again to move my piano - LOL) that came within the time frame and it was quick and efficient. I expect…read moreemployees of music stores to be familiar with all types of instruments, and that certainly isn't the case here. My first visit was for a new set of strings for my violin. I asked the person working at the counter to see their selection of violin strings and was given viola strings. While these two instruments are very similar, their strings are not interchangeable, and someone who works in a music shop should know the difference. My second and final visit was to get a shoulder rest for a 1/2 size violin. When asked to see the selection of shoulder rests, the staff had no clue what I was talking about. This is not acceptable of music store employees!! The staff should be very familiar with all products and should have basic knowledge of all instruments. I'm not a believer of the third time being the charm so I will not be returning to this store again. There are too many music shops in the area to have to settle for such incompetence.

This place was quite large. There's a dedicated parking area on rocks. There's a porta potty at the parking area. You follow the signs to the office or gift shop and you state your name that registered online and you get a container of food and you can roam the cages. Each caged area is for specific sets of alpacas and you can get to the outside through each gated area. The alpacas are friendly - some a super needy - and some just want to rest. It really depends on the time frame for each one. You can touch and feed. Some really get in your face. I was trying to kneel down to take photos and the alpacas start walking towards me. The staff is constantly taking care of them and cleaning after their... Open bathroom use. There's games and seating everywhere. It is well organized here and well maintained. The people here are nice and I got what I wanted from visiting here. Seeing tons of alpacas. There are not just 10 alpacas, there's probably around 35-60 and they are all spread out, some inside and some outside grazing and eating grass. Very humane conditions for the alpacas. You can see a horse outside too and a Shepard dog as well.

I wanted to book swimming classes for my younger daughter however, I felt the website to not be user friendly so when I approached the front desk after I explained to them that I was having some challenges with the website they sent me back to checking the website. During the 3-day trip, Ahmed was personable and fit in with the group members and interacted with them when he wasn't driving. But most importantly, he was a very safe driver that I could relax with from the front seat. The motorcoach was very clean and well-maintained, and when we got some rain, Ahmed made sure to cover the steps into the bus to avoid slippage. The company is top-notch!

Our agency recently traveled with Innovative Coach from Harrisburg and Dee as the driver on a…read moreweek-long trip to Northern Michigan. There are not enough good things we can say about this driver and this company. Our agency has been taking motor coach tours throughout the country with a variety of motor coach companies since the late 1970s. I cannot speak of the tours prior to 1992, but, in the last 30 years, I do not believe we had a better bus driver than, Dee or a better motor coach. Dee showed superb driving skills with the ability to get to destinations in a timely manner without sacrificing safety and security. While driving Dee was able to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our travelers. She helped the passengers in all aspects of the trip, even when our chaperones were ill and were unable to go along on some spots on this trip. Dee went above and beyond when the hotel our group was staying at let us down. Dee was polite, courteous, and showed a professional manner with all passengers at all times. She was also outgoing and had a personality that kept our tour lively and fun. In past trips we have had very good drivers and drivers that were very personable, but, Dee provided the best combination of outstanding driving and great customer relations. We hope to use Innovative Coach and Dee in the future, Thanks!
