I had to reach out a dozen times over the course of a month just to get a hold of someone. When I called the last time, the receptionist literally laughed at me and said, "Oh, you're the guy that keeps calling." I decided to stop by the showroom in person the next day, hoping to finally speak with someone. To my surprise, the receptionist there repeated the same comment and laughed in my face. Completely unprofessional as she knows how long I've been attempting to reach them. When I eventually did get in touch with the owner, he casually admitted he hadn't even started our quote. I told him he'd had it for over a month and could have at least reached out to say there'd be a delay as I had been waiting for the project. His response? "Yeah, just haven't had a chance" and that he probably wouldn't be able to get it done, wasting over a months' time waiting on him. This level of service is unacceptable. We will not be returning.

It took years and I can't even count the number of "professionals" that came to fix my cabinets…read more Dave is definitely an expert, very friendly and knowledgeable, impressive recommendations and finally... repair along with new installation to make it much more usable and increase storage. Loved his design ideas and being able to see them on the computer especially different layouts. He provided high quality unobtrusive work in a timely manner and fixed previous sub quality problems from previous installer (he even made sure the work area was clean at the end of each work day). Definitely looking forward to kitchen and bathroom update with him next Spring.

I hired the remodeling showroom last winter to remodel my bathroom. During demolition the tile in…read morethe other bathroom was damaged, so the project expanded to both bathrooms. I had some concerns. They used canvas drop cloths and didn't have enough. I used my own drop cloths. At one point a worker put a garbage bag in the hallway on the rug. I noticed there was something leaking out of the bag. He told me it was "only water". I told him I didn't want water on the rug. I was told by the workers that they hadn't seen the project list. There was suppose to be different color grout for certain tiles. They usually install shower doors from a Big Box store. I wanted a different one that the workers hadn't installed before. There was a problem with the first attempt and the door shattered. The second attempt was successful. I didn't realize until the project was completed that the workers had been dumping garbage in my yard. I had grout, cement, screws, pieces of tile, metal, and insulation. I notified the owner and was told it would be cleaned up. That didn't happen. The owner complained that he had workers out sick and had to use personal credit cards to pay bills. He wanted me to pay before work was completed. I wouldn't use this company again.

We always get amazing compliments from anyone who sees the kitchen for the first time including from other service people who look with that "critical eye" of a professional. Both experiences- Whispering Pine never tried to sell us their design but helped us to bring our design to life. Over the years I have needed things from them: an extra shelf, extra stain/paint, shelf pegs and Whispering Pines looks back at our kitchen plan and provides them. Yesterday the spice-pull out from 2012 jammed (due to loose screw) and Edward from Whispering Pines came by and fixed the problem at no cost to us(13 years after the install)!!!!!
