Elote Pizza Gluten Free

I was really excited to try their GF Elote pizza and was very disappointed. It was WAYYYYYYY too salty. It took a while for the pizza to get to us so I really didn't say anything about a replacement because we were on a time crunch. It felt like lots of salt and tajin (has salt) so it was just too much for me. Once we started working on our pizza, we ended up ordering a slice of cheese which took forever too. Overall, it was just ok.

Our experience at Via 313 was fantastic. We popped in on a whim after running to World Market. We shared a small pizza and a salad, and it ended up being the perfect amount. Our server, Bella, was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations - both the pizza and salad were excellent. When they found out it was our first visit, they even surprised us with a complimentary dessert: cinnamon roll bread, which was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing Detroit pizza!! I've never liked Detroit pizza til now (I'm a NYer) The Bobo Brazilian. We added jalapeno pepperoni. Next time we will add the whipped ricotta!

Classic Pepperoni, only the pepperoni was mostly missing. More just a cheese pizza.

As far as Detroit style pizza, this is one of the best in my opinion! I ordered the Carnivore, it was loaded up, and the crust, crunchy and buttery. It was (and leftovers) delicious! My wife ordered the Classic Pepperoni, it was a struggle to find an pepperoni though. I know it is cooked under the cheese but the meat was mostly not, it was more a cheese pizza. We sat off the bar and the bartender was friendly and attentive. WARNING: the booths over there are raised, my wife was going to go to the restroom to wash her hands and BOOM, landed on the floor after missing the step down. Most places that have a raised booth like that have it marked really well. We will not be sitting in one of those booths again. We will be back for sure, lots of options to try yet.

*CELIAC / GLUTEN FREE REVIEW I wanted to love this place soooo much, but i did get very very sick shortly after finishing my pizza :( I ordered the bobo Brazil and like other reviews mention - amazing crust, great flavor, definitely one of the better GF pizzas I've had. I ate two of the four slices, and had some of the GF cinnamon sticks. Everything came out marked with a wooden GF stick, and the waiter was very kind in telling me how all orders would be marked as an allergy and that the kitchen takes precautions for celiac. I'm not sure what happened, and thankfully based on other GF reviews hopefully I am the fluke - but I did want to warn others that as a sensitive celiac I did get sick.

So happy, so sad! We had a Via back home in Tempe, AZ and I fell in LOVE with this pizza but it closed down last year so I was devastated. So happy that they exist here in CO and my son lives here. This location in Centennial delivers the same great quality Detroit- style pizza I'd had before. We had the Classic Cheese and Ambassador Bridge (pepperoni, sausage, garlic, oregano, ricotta). Both were cheesy crusted perfection. Joshua was a great waiter too. My only dream is that they'll come back to Arizona.

I am a big NY thin pizza guy, but this deep dish Detroit style was amazing ! Crispy outer crust and very flavorful! Service was excellent and nice choice of beers on tap.

This place made me realize that Detroit style pizza might be my favorite kind of pizza. I was in town visiting friends and we stopped by for dinner. We were immediately greeted by a friendly hostess and taken to our table, where our equally friendly waitress welcomed us. We enjoyed our food and even the manager came by to say hello. Everyone here was so warm and I have never felt more welcome. I do not know if the staff is naturally this kind or if being around such delicious food makes everyone happier, but whatever the reason, I am glad to be part of it. The Food: I ordered The Original Pepperoni and it was one of the best decisions I made on that trip. It was crisp, cheesy, and exactly what I needed in that moment. I do not think I could have made a better choice. My friends ordered The Herbivore and felt the same way. It is easy to say that you cannot go wrong here. We were also lucky enough to try the Cinnamon Sticks. Our waitress brought some over and they were the perfect way to end the meal. The Vibes: The space is roomy with plenty of tables inside and outside. We sat inside and enjoyed the Detroit inspired decor. Despite the great dining experience, I found one major flaw. I checked the location finder on their website and the nearest one to my hometown is still in another state. I guess the next time I want to experience the Three-One-Three, I will have to come back to the Three-Oh-Three.

Plain Pepperoni BAR

I have ordered pizza from here many times. Regularly get it well done. Always satisfied. This time it came burnt. Disappointed.

Larger Detroit-style pizza: 1/2 Detroiter & 1/2 Herbivore with natural casing pepperoni

We first tried Via 313 Pizza in Texas and it quickly became our favorite. We've been missing it here in Colorado, but we were happy and excited to find this location. Although stylistically a little different than locations we've been in before, the service and food was just as good as ever! The seating was comfortable, and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. My husband, son, and I decided to share a large Detroit style pizza. Normally my son would eat a small pizza on his own bar by husband and I shared a small. By ordering half-and-half, we saved 7 to 9 dollars. We also ordered the roasted brussels sprouts as an appetizer and they were delicious too! Our half-and-half pizza was half Detroiter, which is pepperoni up, two different kinds and cheese, and half an herbivore, with natural casing pepperoni added. The whole pie was gobbled up quickly! I look forward to returning here the next time we are in the Denver area

A couple of weeks ago I found out about this type of "THICK" pizza crust…read more I had told my husband. Since moving here four yrs. ago, I've never found a pizza place I've wanted to return to. After recently finding out about this 'Super Thick Colorado Crust' pizza I was curious. Last week we ordered a 'medium' 3 lb. pie.... We choose the house sauce. (It's DELICIOUS, a bit of a spicy kick) We also added: Sausage, pepperoni, & extra mozzarella. It was $45. Ready in 30 min. exactly when we pulled up. Nice place. Clean. They were so polite. Recommended we take some honey to drizzle on the thick crust. That pizza box didn't stay closed out of their parking lot! (It smelled so good) First Impression: Their sauce. Spicy & flavorful. (My husband does wants to try their plain marinara next time) They DO NOT skimp on their toppings. There was sausage, pepperoni, & cheese EVERYWHERE **Remember napkins!! So we were discussing this pizza not minding the traffic at all coming home. The crust was amazing. Yes, they are correct. Add a drizzle of honey. This pizza fed 5 people. Literally. We all ate. And this is now my pizza spot. I finally found a place. Can't wait to try their spot in Evergreen a drive up there. Then this pizza. Yum.

Back in Boulder in 1983ish, I had my first- Bo Joe's pizza…read more The ingredients were excellent, but I wasn't a real big fan of the extra thick crust. As most everybody, when I wanted a pizza it was maybe one of the specialty pizza shops in the neighborhood, or either Pizza Hut or Domino's in a pinch. The other day I decided to order from Beau Jo's again. I hadn't realized that they actually had a flat crust pizza. So for $20 ($24. With 2 toppings). I ordered my medium pizza with pepperoni and Canadian bacon through Uber Eats. I can't say anything great about the delivery time, which was extended, but I realized, after only one slice, that I would never order from another pizzeria. I'd say to anybody who's sick of spending $20 +++ on a medium or a large "assembly line" pizza at one of the conglomerate pizza franchises, to instead, order one of Beau Jo's flat crust pizzas. I think you'll find, as I did, you will have found the best pizza, and from a home grown company. The independent pizza shops), where prices really soar, are to each's taste, but try Beau Joe's flat crust pizza, and I'd bet that you'll feel the same way I have.
