The layout is a bit confusing and the lines at checkout can be quite cumbersome but it's not entirely dreadful either. If they sold some better deli items, I'd certainly give them an extra star but for now it's a 3/5 for me.

The less-than-good: - Prices for many items were unreasonable for the quality. This is from a New Yorker who lives on the UWS. - Produce seemed to be quite limited in range and of lesser quality than what we are used to. The quality is terrible overall, except maybe for canned products. The customer service is also awful. Nobody seems interested in helping you, except for maybe one or two employees who work there. Honestly, it would be better if they closed that place and opened something else instead. It's unbelievable that even though I live so close, I have to drive all the way to Publix in Sunny Isles just to buy groceries.
