Three workers arrived to start the work and Arleen, the owner, came a bit later to check on the work. They drilled holes at the bottom of the wall to let air in, but never told me that they wouldn't repair said holes. This is what the First Responder said, verbatim, when I asked her if they'd be fixing the holes. "We prevent microbes from growing. Holes would b (sic) by licensed contractor. They would need to fill holes in with a caulking or something. Thanks Baseboard can go over the caulking I would assume" We paid in full before the job was completed. Maybe that was our mistake.

( obviously the reason we replaced it was to avoid this mess:((((() I called Servpro immediately and they were here to assess the damage right away. The young man who came looked and told me exactly what to do, who to call etc. and send a crew right away. They cut out the flooded carpet and set up fans . They were so courteous :) A few days later another crew came, took out the fans and cut out dry wall . They cleaned everything and also very polite and efficient!!! It's a great company and if you're freaking out and need a hand to hold, it's Servpro:)

Brian and the adjustor came out to our house immediately, inspected the damage and pointed out work that was needed to make sure the bedroom was total safe. They pointed out possible problems we never considered. ( duct work cleaning, bed steamed cleaned etc) They were great . The workers involved in the restoration were top notch . Josh ,the carpentar, was very professional, clean , talented and the hardest working guy I have seen in years. His work was meticulous and spot on for what we wanted. The last day A.R. sent out extra people , Jose and Julie, to make sure the job was satisfactory to our wishes. Good Companies are built on great employees. Josh , Jose and Julie were kind, hard working and represented the company well. They were so good we treated them with pizza for their efforts. The job was done on time as Brian promised. ( when was the last time you heard construction was completed on time ?) I would highly recommend A. R. and we would make them our first call if a problem with house damage occurs again.
