Called Sunday night after we returned home from skiing all weekend; walked in the house and the…read moreheat was out, pipes were froze and then water was down walls. They came out at 11.30 pm and turned off the water as they started cleaning out the 4" of water in basement that came down from the second floor. Monday morning they had a furnace man in my basement when my own oil company told me they were backed up three days from the frigid weather. Monday afternoon Travelers insurance comes out and suggested a few contractors, we stayed with Fire Tech. Not only did they do excellent work but their help with insurance was so impressive I brought them back when it was time to update the kitchen and one of our thee bathrooms. Highly recommend, tried to get them to come up to New Hampshire to fix the lake house after another contractor did poor work but that was too far way for them. Hire with confidence.
