Had a scare last night with the carbon monoxide detectors going off. We had Columbia Gas come out…read moreand they said it was probably the boiler or some sort of venting issue. We left for the night and called Baystate Comfort this morning (between 7am- 8am). James was at our home between 8:30-9am!! He was able to repair the issue, but warned us that our furnace is on borrowed time. He was very knowledgeable while explaining the process of a replacement and how it would benefit our home. He also was patient answering all of our questions about other options (routine maintenance, duct tape, prayers, etc :). In the end, he will be sending us a quote for a new furnace and hot water heater in one system, and we are working on setting up a game to pay for it. I just had a wonderful experience with Mike at Integrity Heating and Cooling. It has been freezing…read morecold outside, and my heating system picked this moment to go wrong. I have an old style radiator heating system that suddenly just went last night. It happened very late so out of despair I called Integrity almost at 11pm without much hope. But my phone got picked up. It was Mike. He asked me briefly what was the matter and asked me for the address. He promised to come as early as he could because he also had several jobs lining up for him to take care of. We texted each other. Early this morning, he was on his way. It turned out the water level was very low. So he did his magic and voila, just within an hour, he texted me and said it got fixed. Amazingly the heat came back on. He also suggested that the boiler needs some maintenance work. His service charge is also very reasonable. So we will invite him to do the regular maintenance for us. Mike is such a wonderful person, very professional, very courteous and thoughtful. I would recommend Integrity and Mike.

I brought him in the bathroom to see what I was asking him to look at. He said he saw it through the vents. Never even looked at it and charged me $100. I have their service plan, and for a reasonable price they come out and take care of the HVAC components on a regular basis. The technicians have always been straightforward with me, and I've had zero problems with everything except a whole-house humidifier, which needed to be replaced and re-routing of the drain hose, and they stuck with the problem until it was taken care of. They've always been responsive, and have a collection of great techs who are polite, respectful of property, and friendly. I would recommend them for sure.
