Well I was trying to stop by to see some information about some botox and filler and when i showed up the door was locked and a woman was sitting at the desk. I don't understand why it says their open till 5pm on Saturday's when that's not the case at all. I guess I'll take my business else where seeing as theres another Med Spa is close to where I live. read more

I'm giving two stars only because I like the Dr. they have who comes in and does the Botox/ fillers... I've been here several times and each time have dropped over 1500.00 a visit. Last visit was a complete disappointment... I had to wait over a month for an appointment which was ok and due to me wanting several services in the same day. No problem. I waited patiently. The day of my appointment I was scheduled at 2:00 for some minor waxing and a luxurious facial and then I was going to see the Dr. for some injections. I arrived on time and was put into the waiting room to fill out the obligatory forms that are required and waited and waited and waited... finally the receptionist , who was lovely told me that there had been a scheduling mixup and the esthetician was not coming. Wow. What? I didn't screw up. What happened. Extremely disappointed and let down I decided to keep the appointment for the Botox and that would be it. They never offered any kind of compensation and in fact I was told the owner was going to call me because she felt awful.... Well, I'm still waiting for her call. Lol. Next time I'll just go to Dr. Weinstein in Chester for the injectables and Depasquale for the facial and waxing..... read more

Unfortunately, Vibrance MedSpa lost a really good, long term customer today who has literally spent thousands of dollars at their establishment. While I've generally found their services to be good, I was shocked by the lack of business acumen by the front desk agent today. When calling (five minutes before my appointment was to begin) to advise that I ran into some traffic and would be ten minutes late, I was told that they would have to cancel my appointment because the doctor's schedule was very tight today and he would not be able to take me ten minutes late. While I explained that I was on my way (living 1/2 hour away) and would need to turn around, I received a statement of apology and that there was nothing that could be done except to reschedule. I have been to Vibrance countless times and can affirm that my appointment has never, ever started precisely on time. I let the front desk agent know that I was sorry that they were losing a long term customer over lack of customer service and she didn't care one bit. Vibrance should just know that while their gatekeeper is apparently doing a good job of keeping the business on track in terms of scheduling, there is a complete disregard for customer service or the big picture. How you treat a single customer may seem like it only impacts reputation as it pertains to that customer but in today's age of social media and referrals, that is just not true. There are plenty of accommodating businesses out there who are appreciative of business AND do a good job. Time to look elsewhere. read more

As you enter, the front desk is extremely accommodating, friendly and sets the tone for each appointment as a warm and welcoming experience. The Staff is very professional and knowledgeable; facility is immaculate; has a peaceful, relaxing ambience; and you can schedule a complimentary consultation with one of their Physicians or Estheticians for an informed decision as to treatment/product recommendations.
