I recently went to Stephanie for a reiki session and absolutely loved the experience! Right when I…read moreentered the room, I was met with the lingering scent of white sage and dimmed lighting which immediately helped my nervous system ease into the space. Stephanie was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. I felt safe and warm during the session, with a sense of security which allowed me to release internal tension that arose. She gently guided me through a meditation that helped me deepen into my body. I saw differing color auras during the session and was able to release grief buried in the heart space. I felt and still feeling very light hearted and overall at ease since the session! We ended with a warm cup of tea and pulled some cards as we integrated.
