Stephanie was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. I felt safe and warm during the session, with a sense of security which allowed me to release internal tension that arose. She gently guided me through a meditation that helped me deepen into my body. I saw differing color auras during the session and was able to release grief buried in the heart space.
