Our server (Brooke) was fantastic and was pushed to tears due to the way things are being handled by the manager. While Brooke (and the other servers) were great. The Manager was the total opposite. His approach was arrogant and quite condescending. He did not help to solve problems, only made things worse. Food was so backed up we ordered a couple pizzas and brought them to our table. And getting a drink was just as bad. I never did get my food order. It was too late (and after a few drinks) to leave and go elsewhere. And that patio is quite a nice location. Lots of space and comfortable. Overall The hotel is quite clean md modern and well appointed. Not fancy but quite nice. I will stay here again. If you want to eat or have a drink there are many more restaurants a a short drive away in downtown Cornwall that will leave you well fed and satisfied. The Jet Set is not one of them. They need to review this operation before it's too late.

My pepperoni pizza and spicy hot wings were ready within 15 minutes. The pizza lacks some punch compared to other local pizza joints but still better than most well known chains (Domino's, Pizza Pizza, 241, etc..) and the "spicy" wings were lacking the kick that I expected and were small. That being said, the food was still hot and fresh and still hit the spot. Also very reasonably priced, $20 plus tax for a large Pepperoni (or All Dressed if you choose) and 20 wings. Great deal! The girl at the deli counter was very pleasant and friendly. She's also in charge of cooking too so she had her hands full but didn't let it affect her attitude. Kudos to her. Usually I try and get a first name to give credit where credit is due however I neglected to do that this time unfortunately. The parking lot of the small plaza in which it's situated can be a bit challenging due to it's size and the fact it's shared with a convenience store/gas bar. There's ample parking available on the streets. It has a bar on one side and a family-friendly seating area (with a wood-burning pizza oven in the center) on the other. They serve amazing food and all the staff I've interacted with over the years have been friendly and accommodating.
