I could hear their entire conversation which was clearly just messing around. One talked about how he was the fastest at ringing up customers as I waited to be checked out. When I got my turn to check out, the person who checked me out told me she refused to apologize for their behavior. She also let me know that the blond in the conversation was the manager and today was her last day. It is great to know that I am paying prices to keep 4 people employed without having to work. I know there are down times at work but when the leader is leading such open foolery I really have to question other decisions being made in the store.

Every time I go in there to find products I've seemed to have the same experience where most of the employees hate their job and don't wanna be there. Apparently the inventory itself is one step up junk. It all looks good on the outside, but the equipment is definitely subpar and that's being nice. At least the floors are clean. At least they were when I was there. Sadly it seems like everything's overpriced like I said, and even their hunting section is all Gucci crap that no one would really use at least the real hunters. And that's even if you have a section like that. Seriously the whole place is going downhill and I don't think they even know it. This is not just for one location I frequent at least five looking for a single product and they did not even have that even when I called in person on the other line, sadly was not helpful and their website is not helpful in the least sadly. if I had a negative score, I would probably give it here.

I am 83 years old and need a shoehorn to put on shoes. Can you believe that they did not have one in the golf department. One of their employees told me they have never had a shoehorn in golf. They checked the shoe department and they didn't have one either! It would seem to me to be a major failing on the part of the store manager and both department managers not to have something as basic as a shoehorn in a store that sells shoes. I left frustrated and without buying the $190 golf shoes. Dick's is heading in the same direction as other box store who have lost their customer base. They appear to have forgotten who pays the bills to keep the store open. If I wanted to buy shoes and try them on at home, I would have ordered them on Amazon.

They assisted me in finding a bow at the price point I was comfortable with and at the indoor range they spent almost an hour tuning the bow to my needs and gave me shooting tips as I am new to the sport. I left with everything I needed to start shooting and they encouraged me to come back if I ever had any questions or if something was not working as expected. Great selection, great staff, great experience and reasonable prices.
