Eddie Limo provided transportation for myself and seven friends to and from a concert in the Denver area. From the moment I called them (I spoke with George), they were professional and friendly all the way. I made the reservation via email and, once again, George quickly and thoroughly responded to all of my messages. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. George picked us up at a Denver hotel and ensured that we would arrive at the concert venue in plenty of time. After the concert, we were able to locate the limousine easily by communicating with the driver and once again, the driver was on time picking us up and safely transporting us back to our original location. Eddie Limo was great for our trip to Winter Park, CO. Shawn picked up at the DEN airport and got us to our destination. The price was affordable and he even made a stop and gave us a rest break along the way. The return trip was excellent as well. We left at 5:45am and the driver was there right on time. Eddie Limo tried charging us for a ride, even though the driver went to the wrong address and we had to drive ourselves to the airport to avoid being late. We reserved a ride to the airport over a week in advance. A couple days later we changed the address to our neighbors address, so that the car service would only have to make one pickup. Since we live in the mountains, there is no cell service within several miles of our house, so it was important to have the change confirmed prior to our scheduled ride. Eddie Limo sent us an email confirmation with the updated address, so we thought all was good. We waited for our 6am pickup, but by 615, we decided to drive to the airport as we did not see any headlights in the area and we were at risk of missing our flight. We passed the limo driver at the bottom of our canyon (6 miles away from our house) who said she couldn't get through our gate and no one was opening it (probably because she was at the wrong address, not the updated address, which has no gate and which Eddie Limo earlier confirmed). We understand that mistakes are made, but since we made our flight - no harm, no foul. However, Eddie Limo refused to refund the ride, which they charged in advance, and says it is OUR FAULT their driver was at the wrong address (despite the fact that they confirmed the new address!) We had a terrible experience with this company and would never recommend using them. The mistake is understandable, but they are absolutely unwilling to acknowledge or resolve their mistakes. read more

We used Eddie Limo went we went to Red Rocks Amphitheatre for two nights Friday and Saturday. We were staying about 45 mins away up in the mountains by Eldora. From the moment I begin email and contacting George, he had Very professional and clear communication. Both nights the drivers were on time, very friendly and good drivers. This limo service is corrupt. They tried to change the charges with no communication. When I tried to work it out with the owner he screamed at me. Extremely unprofessional and outrageous. Be careful if you talk to his wife and make all your arrangements. She was so sweet and accommodating and then they flipped the script and the owner was completely out of line. Good luck if you do choose to use their service. There are many other, very professional services you can use...I would choose wisely. read more

There isn't enough amazing things I could say about Eddie and his limo service. The car we used was so clean and our driver provided us with water, checked up on us and I'm sure he would have done anything else we would ask for. He really knew his way around and got me and my family were we needed to be every time. You really feel safe and welcomed and I think that's what I love the most. I called to get a Limo for my son and his friends for their Senior Prom. When I spoke to George he gave me a great price and great customer service. He followed up with me several times, was very flexible and always provided positive and upbeat customer service. When the Limo showed up the day of prom we could not be happier.
