Going to trial would have cost much more money (~$5,500 or more in addition to the ~$3,500 pre-trail fee) Another issue is that you can rarely talk to Don directly. He did not seem to be as versed on the case as I would have liked him to be. He also recommended this insurance agent, John MacDonald, that seemed to be a waste of money too. I would not recommend using Don. I would either recommend using another lawyer or possibly no lawyer at all (depending on your specific situation).
