Thank you Alexandra R Diaz and vicky state farm insurance. I have had my car for over a year now and all of a sudden i get an email saying my mileage per year is 84000. I correct my mileage and proved i drive 10k a year so now state farm RAISED MY PREMIUM COST. State Farm wants to charge more for someone whom drives less. Vicky Chen has been unprofessional since I've had my policy with her. I had asked her to cancel renters insurance the beginning of this year, she didn't do it and I was still getting charged for it since September. I called to ask her why it wasn't cancelled she gave me attitude, said she never received the email and didn't take ownership of her mistake and turned it around and tried to put the blame on me. I disputed the charge and they denied my claim and compensated me from August. So from February up until August that money was pocketed by State Farm for a service I asked Vicky Chen to cancel since LAST YEAR. When I call to speak to her she never picks up the phone. When I ask the other agents in her office to speak to her she's ALWAYS in a meeting or on the phone with someone else, when I ask for a return phone call I never get one. I've had other issues with Vicky and honestly should have went somewhere else long ago. Currently seeking other insurance companies. I would gladly pay more for a more professional experience. I do not recommend Vicky Chen at all. She's unprofessional, only comes into office on Fridays according to her agents, doesn't return phone calls let alone answer calls made to her. She genuinely does not care about you. I have attached said email to post. Hopefully she she's it now and takes responsibility for her mistake. read more
