I paid for years and now the IRS is telling me I never submitted my business taxes. He was accusing me of harassment!! Because I was calling every day to get my issue resolved! That is not harassment, by telling them they made a mistake. The receptionist will always tell you he is busy he will look into it and never call you back. I told him about the issue two years ago and until today he has not done nothing. (I have the messages where he responded me he was going to fix the issue) It is his responsibility and he didn't resolve the issue, sadly 3 years ago I recommend him to a lot of friends and family, everyone told me he did the same thing to them, all of them have issues with their taxes. Im contacting my lawyer because he told me that he accepted it was his fault and he knows he did submitted them. He told me sue me I don't care! Like that... he knows he is doing it wrong and he doesn't care. He threatened me and my husband he was going to call the police if he see us around his business. He does the same thing to everyone, he knows he can threaten his customers because he has very sensitive personal information.
