Not every project goes perfectly, but how a company responds makes all the difference--and in this case, they really stepped up. I was also looking to get the job done before family event so my deadline was tight. Her estimate came in the next day and was very competitive, and compared to the other bids I had received, we were getting fantastic value. We accepted the offer and her team came out early the following week committed to completing the job before my deadline. The team did a fantastic job, exceeding my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the construction of the three gates I called for.
