I called several times only to get his VM and the door was locked. So i waited, maybe he ran out. No one came to the office. So on Monday I got a call saying I was rescheduled for the next Saturday at the same time so I gave it another try and the same thing happened so on Monday I told them I wanted to come in on a weekday. I was given a Tuesday at 9am. So I showed up for my appointment to see 2 other cars sitting outside. At 9 I went ti the door and it was LOCKED. I talked to the girls in the cars and they worked for this office. They told me that he is very random and 2 or 3 days out of the week he won't open the door on time knowing he has a full day and knowing people are outside waiting. What kind of person does that? Does he want to keep his place running or is this just to pass time? I waited that morning for 45 min before he oped that door. I also tried to open the door myself a few times and every time it was locked. When the girls and I went in he said it was unlocked since 9am. I couldn't believe he said that. I said to hime NO IT WAS NOT because I tried to come in here several times and it was locked. I wasn't the only one trying the door. Every 15 min one of his girls would try to. So what is it? We don't know how to open doors? I wasted so much time on this office. The Dental Assistant and office assistant were really nice and tried to apologize for hime but I don't have time for that kind of unprofessionalism.

His overall demeanor is very calm and compassionate, but his work ethics are flawed. He gives multiple patients the same time when he schedules them because he refuses to hire a receptionist. On multiple occasions I was set for a 10 o'clock appointment and wasn't called in until 1 o'clock, which was literally three hours in the waiting room just twiddling thumbs and watching movies on his tv. One time I was able to watch two full movies before he called my name. On two occasions we got there and his door was completely locked with nobody in sight. We tried to contact him but with no success. He never, emphasis on *NEVER, picks up his phone because he has no receptionist and is always working on someone. He makes up excuses for why he's late/ flat out doesn't show up.. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anybody. Extremely unprofessional.

My first visit included a comprehensive digital exam and cleaning. As a result, issues presented including need for a crown and several replacement fillings. Well, based on my previous experiences with other dentists, this threw me for a loop. . . Until, I was offered nitrous oxide! Never had it but was assured it would limit my anxiety, so, of course I said yes. Have had two of the four procedures and am SO pleased. The whole experience using modern technology (not offered by previous practitioner) which assured real time assessment and modifications as needed. First: I was told by the office manager that my crown could not be fixed in one visit because they would "lose money blocking three time slots other patients would be able have," since the timing was "unknown for my fix." Instead, I was told I would need two visits that could be scheduled weeks apart. That explanation felt inappropriate and not aligned with patient-centered care. On top of that, the email responses I received from the office manager, Beth, were rude, degrading, and unprofessional. This exchange was simply for requesting my dental records for my new dentist. Not the standard of professionalism I would expect in healthcare. Don't go here!!!! There are plenty other options in the area.
