We also worked on a cost estimate, which was very helpful as some of procedures are not fully covered by insurance. I trust his opinion wholeheartedly, and he is one of the few professionals I met who will really look out for you. It is not easy these days, in my experience, to find an excellent professional who does not upsell/ recommend expensive procedures you don't really need. Dr. Scheweiss is that rare find!

I ultimately agreed, but I wish this discussion had taken place during the consultation so I could have considered the treatment and financial implications beforehand. The most concerning part of my experience occurred during my crown placement appointment on June 9. When I respectfully shared this feedback and mentioned that I had already discussed a payment plan for the additional crown with the office manager, Dr. Loeb abruptly left the room and stated that she would not cement my crowns unless payment was made in full. As a patient in the middle of treatment, with three prepared teeth awaiting final restoration, I felt scared, vulnerable, and distressed. I understand that dental practices have payment policies, but I did not expect my concerns to be met in this manner, especially after I had already been working with the office on a payment arrangement. I appreciate Dr. Roman, the office manager, and the practice owner for stepping in, resolving the situation, and allowing my treatment to be completed. However, I believe patients deserve clear communication, professionalism, and respect, especially when they are in such a vulnerable position.

My friend is very particular and picky when it comes to her teeth. She talked so highly about this establishment and insisted that I check them out. So of course I listened. Within the next few days, I called and booked an appointment with Stephanie who was attentive, friendly patient and extremely helpful when it came down to working around my busy schedule. The next day, I came in and was immediately welcomed by Christina whom I think was the office manager. She had a big smile on and was happy to hear about my first time visit. They honored my appointment which has never happened to me at any other dental office before. On my way in, I ran into Steph (who booked my appointment) and she was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. The cleaning itself was went extremely smooth and my teeth came out looking absolutely gorgeous! I had…read morejust left Dr B's office disappointed with skimpy explanation and her conclusion that a root canal could not be done. Her only recommendation was to seek an Implant. Dr Iannce is the only person I would trust with such serious surgery! He has done a 1 other implants before for me AND is the only one who knows how to do it gently. Armed with patience and an able bodied team (Kaitlyn; Joanna; Maria & others ), I was comforted and escorted to a chair where a machine took special ex-rays of my entire mouth. Remarks were made as to the status of some other teeth AND ...I was informed that a temporary bridge' would be ordered to replace the crown. I felt confident and fully trust Dr Iannace! He's an amazing, methodical and wholistic periodontist. He is though and attentive to my concerns and needs. He's reassuring and eases my anxiety and fear. I know I am in great hands when I'm in Dr Iannace's care! He's the best!I
