I contact the office Dr. Calian tells me its normal it will pass eventually. 3 months later the tooth is killing me now so I go to another Dentist for a second opinion, I'm then informed that I needed a root canal on said tooth. I reach back out to the office to inform him of what was told to me, he asked me to come in as he didn't want to lose me as a customer and told me he would fix the tooth free of charge. I go back to the office its a completely different Dr. Checking the tooth this day. She requested that I pay $2000 to get the Canal started. So I declined the services as I was promised to have the tooth corrected free of charge by Dr. Calian being as though prior to him placing the crown the tooth needed to have a root canal. Mind you I've going to this dentist for several years at this point. I called the office back again about a month ago I was promised a call back with a resolution. Never happened!! Now I have to pay to have a brand new crown done again. #1 I was severally burnt on the lip with one of the tools being used during a procedure. #2 All customers records were lost or stolen in 2020 These are key signs that I should have left. When scheduling, I made it very clear that I would need nitrous due to dental anxiety. After arriving, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to finally be told by the receptionist--without any empathy--that I couldn't have nitrous because they had "used the last of the oxygen." This is not a small oversight. For patients with anxiety, this kind of preparation and communication is essential. To wait that long, after traveling and arranging childcare for a newborn, only to be dismissed so casually is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you experience dental anxiety and rely on accommodations like nitrous, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office does not seem equipped to handle those needs with the care or consideration they require.

First let me say the price was excellent and the great service makes you look forward to your next appointment. After my braces were removed, I admit I neglected to wear my retainers and also did not return for a follow up for about 7 months until I was due for a cleaning. At this point Dr. Woo made me realize that not wearing the retainers caused my teeth to start to shift to the original positions. Then a miracle happened: Dr. Woo proceeded to promise me that he will fix the issue by doing the entire process again. This meant putting on braces again but this time and for the next year the Dr. did not charge me 1 cent for the job, as he explained he was not satisfied with the outcome and wanted to make sure I was happy with the results.
