This is not a small oversight. For patients with anxiety, this kind of preparation and communication is essential. To wait that long, after traveling and arranging childcare for a newborn, only to be dismissed so casually is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. First let me say the price was excellent and the great service makes you look forward to your next appointment. After my braces were removed, I admit I neglected to wear my retainers and also did not return for a follow up for about 7 months until I was due for a cleaning. At this point Dr. Woo made me realize that not wearing the retainers caused my teeth to start to shift to the original positions. Then a miracle happened: Dr. Woo proceeded to promise me that he will fix the issue by doing the entire process again.
